When working on this project, I saved the pic after every step, just for my own self-analysis. I don't know if anyone really cares, but this is kind of what most my stuff looks like in the process of creating it x) Digital art seems to take me ages (hours more) than hand drawing, but I'm slowly getting more efficient, I think. Anyways, the pics.

I do a loose sketch first, with a light color.

Image

Then I do the lineart, or the final outline of the image. Sometimes on more detailed stuff I do another layer for details, but not on this x)

Image

Now for the coloring. I've learned to do BASE colors first, instead of trying to do it all at once. It takes more time, but the end result is better, I think.

Image

Now I add shading. I try to find where the shadows are. This part usually trips me up becuase I suck at shading x(

Image

Aha, I skipped ahead here. Many more layers later, and I think I'm finished with the girl on the left. Not perfect, but this is all I'm skilled enough to do x)

Image

And now I do the same thing for the other girl, and the pic is done. Again, not perfect, but as close as I'm able to get.

Image

I tried backgrounds for this, but they all sucked so I'm not gonna post them.
The bad news is we don't have any control.
The good news is we can't make any mistakes.

I loved the transition from a simple sketch to black and white then a little color then full out detail. It was like watching one of those old school flip-books. I liked it a lot! Nice Job!

Announcer stares in shock: Cool it man, just doing my job

I like it how you start it off as no color, and then worked your way to details and colors. I really like that a lot. As always, your drawings are so amazing. There are only a few errors:
The girl on the left, (from perspective view) is a bit too skinny. Not all girls are "that skinny. (Unless you are like those Korean people. They are really skinny) Her thumb is a bit weird though. Other than that, the girl on the left is amazingly pretty.
The girl on the right is kind of weird to me. The back of her is just plain skin. That doesn't really make any sense. Unless, her tank top is a low cut on the back. (I think it's called a low cut.) Well, the hand on that girl is sort of weird also. Well, that's pretty much it about both of them. Your drawing is awesome. I could never get that detailed. [:

I really enjoyed this:
1) 'Cause it was interesting - I have no experience in digital drawing and...
2) Uh... it was just cool?
Anyways, I think the girl on the right's shoulder/ arm is a bit off, and the girl on the left's thumb is a little funny-looking, but that's about it. And I also think this looks better without a background.

The color choices are awesome. I thought the way you shaded and highlighted was really neat to see, and I always love the way you do hair.

Wow :D
I really like these. It's so cool how you showed each step to finishing the picture. It was great to see how you started and every step in between :)
I could never do that (seeing as how I have no idea how to draw something digitally) but I do have a couple problems with the picture that I would like to point out. The first is that the hand on the girl with the green hair is really awkward looking. It's not wrong, it just looks like someone twisted her finger behind her hand :/
And one more thing (then I promise to stop and compliment thoroughly :P) The girl with the brown hair, is her arm behind her back? Or is that her back? Because it seems to be too large to be her back, almost like her shoulder is really long or something. It's sorta just jutting out in a strange way.
But I swear, this is way better than I can do :P
I think that your proportions are great and nothing is too big/too small. Besides those two awkward sections this is very very good work! :D
If there's a 50/50 chance of getting something wrong go for it anyway because there is also a 50/50 chance of getting it right

“Such nonsense!" declared Dr Greysteel. "Whoever heard of cats doing anything useful!" "Except for staring at one in a supercilious manner," said Strange. "That has a sort of moral usefulness, I suppose, in making one feel uncomfortable and encouraging sober reflection upon one's imperfections.”
