Okay so, I decided I would upload this picture. It was just a random one I doodled for no good reason xD. The usual. And yes, guys, it is a boy. And those are tattoos. Also, its an elf so the proportions are supposed to be distorted in the manner whereas everything is finer and elongated. Thought I would throw that in there xD

Its out of my stylization so its a little.... interesting. I like it. The proportions are off because of the stylization but I didn't mind so much. I thought it looked pretty decent for a rush job! Well, rip it to shreds people. I'm hoping for some serious mean comments ;D

Well, were'a a seriously mean critique! hopefully not! You seem to be missing your arms. They're there, but you should make them more visible. Also the lower chest is off, it's way to thin ( unless that's the style). On a lighter note, it looks awesome! tor shading is perfect and you did a great job on the face. I would like to see a bit more expression; just slightly more angled they look kinda liek they're staring off into space. great job on the hair.

Yeah, the body is way to disproportioned. It kinda like a barbie, too skinny.

It is a very good sketch of, whoever it is. The face is done exceptionally well.

Is this girl wearing a suit or something? If yes then the suit must be really very tight and if no, then where is the left bosom?
And the waist is very disproportionate. You can work on that if you want to. Other than that the sketching is very good and as I said before the face is awesome.

It looks like a girl. Sharp face cut. Long hair and that too braided. Lips are like a girl too.
Anyone at first sight would say that it's a girl. XD

I know, I know. I have a tendancy of making my boy elves look like girls. Initally I wasn't going to make his lips look so... predominant? But I thought, because I had drawn his chest, that people would 'get' it right away xD. I was wrong. But that was bad on my part!

So I'll keep sorting it out and maybe next time I'll give him a stronger, more squared jawline and a less defined lip. That and I'll probably just use human proportioning. It appears to bug people xD

Hai! Wew, this is really good! I have to confess: I read everyone's comments before I actually looked at the picture (stupid, I know) so when I looked at it, I knew that it was a guy elf with tattoos, so I can't comment on that.

The nose is kind of lumpy, especially towards the end. Looks bulbous, which doesn't really with the rest of the face, which is really quite awesomely drawn, btw. ^_^ The ear looks like it's growing out of his cheek; it's too far down his head and is too close to the rest of his features, and with the bit of hair partly covering it, it looks like it's growing out of his cheek. Which is weird. His right eye looks like it doesn't quite match with the left eye.

Otherwise, it was very good indeed. ^_^

Hey, this is awesome! I really like that character design, and he has a great, determined expression.
But yeah, he does look like a girl xD
The cheekbones and face look too round and soft. This is a problem I always have when drawing boys; I pay too much attention to making the lines clean so they come off very soft, making them look less 'manly'. Also, the hair is very pretty, almost too pretty, like it came off one of those shampoo commercials. If this is an elf, then maybe you should try making the braid look more rough? Draw some stray strands coming out of the braid, just so that it looks less 'perfect'. I wish I could give you more advice, but this is also a weak area for me x) All I can really say is try and make the facial features a bit rougher.
Onto the chest. The collarbone is shaded very nice, I think. But I wish you hadn't tucked the arms in like that. It seems like it would be more natural if you would've just let them hang at his sides. Also, the further you get down his chest, the thinner it gets, down to the point where it looks unrealistic. And if he's bare chested, his nipples appear to be missing. More shading would help, I think. Since his whole body looks white, I think that's the reason people are mistaking him for wearing clothes. Lastly, the tattoos look more like strips of tape to me. It seems like they should be colored in, even if they weren't black, just to make them pop out more.
Overall, I love this, but you said you wanted a tough review so I gave you one. I hope it was helpful and not hurtful!
