Yeah, I'm Sunshine in the story, so when I (technically) named her (in the story she named herself) it was supposed to be like a "Little Miss Sunshine" thing.
Sunshine is an 8 year old girl from the south who ended up naming herself. I didn't expect her name to be creative and different at all! xD
I like Rhode... I mean, it's spelled like Rhode from Rhode Island... but that's fine. Rhode makes me think of a really chill person that doesn't care about what others think of her.
Ren, I believe, was the name of Shia Labouf's (I probably slaughtered that name, sorry DX) sister on Even Stevens... Right? Ren Stevens? So I think of someone like her... smart, well liked, but sometimes blows things out of proportion.
Rhode was chosen because it was the name of some greek person, but I always think of a road, then I think hobo, so when I hear Rhode I imagine a dirty, tough person. Although that character isn't much like that lol.
Didn't know that about Ren, I always thought her name was like table or something, I just remember it being an name of an item.
I chose Ren. Sunshine's to plain, and Rhode's like Road, so I like Ren. Why do so many people think it sounds like hen? Do people think Anne Sounds like Fan? Do you think of rooster when you hear the name Brewster? no! So Ren, it's original.
Ren sounds the most fitting for real life out of all of those. You may also want to consider naming patterns of the area she is from, because it could really affect how she would be named in a real-life sort of fashion.
But I also really like Rhode. It's unique. Definitely second pick there.
