Welcome to YWS! I'm glad you find the like button so exciting. Honestly, I do too! I keep liking things all over the place. It's so wonderful! It's actually a new addition to the site, so it's good to hear that a member as new as yourself has noticed how amazing it is to have!

The best thing to start with is to post something you wrote! YWS is all about improving each other's writing, so if you have anything you wish to get feedback on, feel free to post it in the appropriate forum. You'll get feedback in no time, and you'll find yourself improving like never before!

What do you write, by the way? Fiction? Poetry? Scripts, maybe? National Poetry Writing Month is next month already (write a poem everyday for the month) as is Script Frenzy (write 100 pages to a script for the month)! Will you participate in either one, you think?

Do you have any other hobbies outside of writing? Are you a gamer? Or an athlete? Maybe a musician or artist?

Seeing that I am a news at this young writers biz... it would be absolutely wonderful if someone filled me in on how to get more readers and such. It would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently trying to figure out majors for college and writing is one of my options. Art is a must, writing so much of a want that its driving me crazy.
