Crumpled Towel Study

This is a study of a towel that's crumpled at the top and then sort of drapes down.

To be more precise, a slightly blurry, low-quality picture of a study of a towel that's crumpled at the top and then sort of drapes down.

I drew it in about 40 minutes.

another edit: I posted this super fast so chibibo could see before he had to leave. More details: Done with 2 Prismacolor soft core colored pencils, one black and one white, on beigeish grey textured paper. It was part of a class I took on black and white on colored paper.

WOW. This is really good for 40 minutes. Its looks a bit like crumpled paper though. Maybe you should add more details to make it more towelish? I'm not a drawer though so I'm probably wrong.

Aw, it brings back memories... I did that two in art class, but we had only one color to demonstrate part that were illuminated by the light and the creases. Anyways, lets go on with the review!

You did a pretty good job, and even though the picture is not good in quality, it's good. I actually don't have anything that has to do with constructive criticism to say... Apart that maybe forty minutes is a while to draw something like that. I mean, in school, we learned to work fast because the light can change and such. But this is really pushing it (the criticism I mean ), since forty minutes is still pretty good. Some people took two hours in my class last year.
