I beg you to review because it needs to be perfect as it has to go a long way and I know it must be terrible... Please please please review and help me improve it...

SEPARATION

I'm walking down the road
With my friends at my side
This may be the last time
That three girls stroll down the road
Because the time to separate has come...

Soon, so very soon
You'll pack your things and go
One will go to the lively Delhi
And one to happening Bangalore
And I'll keep living here alone...

There won't be the cheerful laughter
As I go down to Barracks
But Barracks will be empty too
With half the Wellington gone
Maybe I'll walk with my songs...

I shudder to think of those one and a half months
When I'll be here, alone with the shattering silence
And comfort comes when I think past them
When new people will come, and new friends
But they won't be able to fill your place...

But life will go on, and I'll get over you
You'll go but something new will come
And one year later I'll walk down this road
With different people at my side
And that might be the last time
That a these girls will walk down the road
As the time to separate will have come...

I would Like it if someone could suggest a different title for this... Also I wish to know your opinion if the last para should be broken into two... It would be great if you help...:)

I really like this poem, it deals with separation. I haven't dealt in that situation before. I have experienced the death of a pet, but not separation from a friend. These poems help you to connect with those that have, if it even happened to you. But where did you find your inspiration for this poem?
