Okay, here it is, the only real person I've ever drawn in my life.

And I should add: I am HORRIBLE at drawing people, just truly AWFUL. By the standards of most people on this site, I know that to be true. I know I suck, please stop pointing it out.

NO comments on how bad the anatomy of certain things is incorrect, like the hands or anything else. I'm so sick of being told how horrible my anatomy is. The face is wrong too, I know. I know what I did wrong, don't point it out.

I know he looks young in this drawing, that always happens when I draw people, existent or not.

Okay, you can nitpick the rest, I suppose. Anyway, here is is, the first time I've EVER drawn a real live person....

Ok, lets see. This is pretty good. And bad. At the same time. The drawing was really good, but had a few mistakes. And the mistakes show.

The hand in front of the guitar makes it look like they have 6 fingers. That was the first thing I noticed, so you can't say its any small thing.

The shadowing was pretty weird too. The left side of his face was shadowed, but the left side of his body was lit? How does this happen?

Good job. Keep drawing.

You'd have to ask the guy who did the lighting in the picture I used as a bit of a guide. It was like that.

Nice! Excellent even, since it's your first ever attempt.
I would say that the lighting is a bit weird too, but rock concerts (or whatever the guy is playing at) can often have strange and dynamic lighting.
You did a great job!

Hello there. :)

First off, you should definitely have more faith in your work. It's really not that bad, and I actually like the way you did it, it gives a style to the drawing. :) I don't know if people are harsh with your drawings, or anything, but they shouldn't since the point of YWS is to give constructive critiscm and not bash at the other one. Anyways, just to say that sometimes, people don't want to be mean, it just sounds that way. :)

For the drawing! I really like his hair and his shirt/ jacket. Although this doesn't seem realistic (it doesn't look like a picture or anything I would see with my eyes), like I said earlier, it has an interesting style. The only thing that does bother me is his eyes. The black line, (which is supposed to be the lashes, right?) is a little bit weird and takes away from everything else since it grabs my attention. I don't know what you could do to tone that down apart from making every part that's black, a little bit more black. I know this sounds weird... But the eyes and mouth seem a little bit more dark then the rest of his body that's black. If you know what I mean. :)

Awesome drawing, and keep it up!

Yeah, I know it's too dark. I tried to fix it on Paint and ended up with that. Everything else just messed it up more so I left it. The actual paper with the drawing on it doesn't have the weird black lines, though.

(Karma hates me, so I can't ever seem too sure of something. I'm always enthusiastic but usually in a joking way)

I think this is really good! :) I maybe no expert at drawing (who am I kidding? I suck) but I do like this. This is something that I would hang up in my room. I'm not sure if this intentional or not, but I feel that it has a sort of weird, dark twist on it, which I like. I can really see the emotion here, and even though the shading is a bit off (which is expected, since he's at a rock concert as the other reviewers mentioned) I do enjoy looking at this. I think the emotion is clearly shown on his face, which only a true artist can bring out. Keep posting! :)

My life's goal is to end up between YWS quotes on bottom of the page, so some part of me will be able to live forever here.
