House of Murder

This was an idea I tried before but it didn't quite work out. I'm hoping it goes a little better this time.

Imagine you're in an old orphanage in the middle of no where. No one's ever heard of and no one knows where you are to help you or adopt you. Every one of the children have their own unique background. The orphanage has five stories, and it is completely surrounded by fences and trees. You're not allowed past the fences so you never know what danger really is.

Then, some of the children start to disappear one by one. You barely ever see the orphanage owners, so you can't ask them anything, and none of the other children know what is going on...or do they? Soon, you realize that the orphanage is haunted, but what is killing the children? You and your new family are determined to find out why they are disappearing.

This is what the orphanage looks like, but imagine it as a dark place with feces aroundit and a whole forest:

Supervisor (head of the orphanage)

description/picture: she's tall and skinny, with blonde hair that she always keeps pulled up. she wears heels almost all of the time.

dislikes: when the other workers don't listen to her, sugar in her coffee, when her hair is down.

personality: she's a cruel person. She loves to make the children scared, and she loves it when her workers are scared of her. She's a scientist and she studies human reactions. You could call the children her little sceince expierament. She's in charge of eveverything that happened in the orphanage.

other: when she was younger, she always hated younger people. She went to college for anthropology, and the human body. She's obsessed with it, and she always made a promise to herself that she would learn how it worked by figuring it out herself. She uses the children as her little expierament monkies, but only the ones over 17. And then some of the younger children began to die and it wasn't until recently that she realized the orphanage was haunted by the souls of the children she killed. She doesn't care and it doesn't stop her from continuing the expieraments.

personality: Catriona is smart. She is always quick on her feet and quick to make plans. She has a bit of a loner quality, but she can work with others. She has a protective streak, but she tries to demolish it with a cold heart.

skills: She is a very good dancer but doesn't let anybody else see her dance. No one really knows. She is also very good at hiding and avoiding people. She is stealthy.

weaknesses: Looks away when she talks to people, hides when somebody comes because she is not a people person. She's timid.

history: She has been at the orphanage her whole life and she began to hide from people when she realized she had been abandoned. Her mother left her a pair of ballet shoes and later on, a mysterious donar donated some money to the orphanage on which new books and notebooks were bought. Delanie snapped them all up before her peers could see them. Other than that, her parents and past and future are all unknown.

personality: Quiet. She is determined and stubborn but she hates talking to people. She believes she can do everything by herself -- independant. She hates company and when somebody is prying. She likes to be left alone and relishes in her privacy. She is very intelligent because she reads so much and is clever. She has a morbid sense of humor.

up for love?: Not unless they can captivate her -- like I said, she hates people

other: She has a stash of books and a couple of old notebooks she writes in. She owns a pair of worn out dance shoes that belonged to her mother. She secretely enjoys the suffering of others because that means they'll leave her alone. She secretely has a crush on Will because he is strong and can take care of himself. She likes only to be around Will because he talks for her.

Age: 16 almost 17

Discription: she's tall and thin and she looks very athletic, but she's pale. Her hair is white with blue in the front and it sticks out in every direction. Its layered and short at the top with a long bottom layer. She has a baby face, and she's very beautiful.She always wears Converse, and she has a piercing on the left side of her lip, done by herself. She looks like a rebel with her eyeliner. Her eyes are a beautiful shade of light blue with dark blue rims.

Skills: she's an amazing singer, and she's great at being a mother. She knows how to take care of herself, and others. She's awesome at sneaking around.

weaknesses: she always puts the others ahead of her and often forgets to take care of herself. She sometimes forgets to eat when she's trying to make sure everyone else has enough food.

history: She was givin to the orphanage when she was only three. Her mother, who was dieing at the time, left her with a few things before she died. She used to beat Ash before she gave her up, and that was something she'll always remember. When Ash came to the orphanage, she was covered in bruises and cuts. Along with her clothes, her mother left her with a locket, books, and an MP3 player which no one know she has. She's been taking care of the orphans ever since she got there, doing all she can to make sure they're fed, clean, and happy, though none of them are actually happy.

personality: she's a rebel, she doesn't like to play by the rules. She always sneaks around at night and she's organizing a rebelion teem to try to sneak out. She's very social, and very well known. Everyone she's around likes her. She's like a mother to all of the children, and she does everything in her power to keep them safe.

other: she has a scar of her mother's name on her wrist. She remembers exactly how she got it, and when her mother gave it to her. She has nightmares of the things her mother used to do to her. Only her close friends know about the nightmares and the scar.

gender: Female

age: 17

description/picture: Jewel has blonde a mane of hair that has natural, large curls. She has very light blue eyes that are glazed over with gray, so they appear gray at first and blue only when you look closely. She has pale pink lips. Jewel's cheeks are a kind of rounded. She stands at five feet seven inches, and is noticeably under weight because she tries to give everyone her food so they don't go hungry. If you look closely, you can see very faint circles under her eyes and kind of a siclly pale complexion under her coverup.

weaknesses: She has a really bad habit of not eating. Most people don't notice because she gives small portions to everyone, but she will hardly ever eat anything. She also doesn't sleep much. She is always the last to go to sleep and the first to rise. She's also not that strong, but she is not afraid to stand infront of someone getting hurt and take a strike for them.

history: Jewel lived a very happy life and had a loving family that consisted of her mother, father, and her. But when Jewel was thirteen her father died. Their only source of income gone, Jewel and her mother were struggling to survive. They started by moving from their large house to their small one and gradually moved to poorer and poorer neighborhoods and houses. By the time Jewel was fourteen, her and her mother were hardly alive and Jewel was near death because whenever she got food she would give it to her mother and say she already ate. Jewel's mother started acting stranger and stranger, and one day Jewel woke up and her mother was gone. Her mother never came back. Jewel knew if people found out she would be sent to an orphanage or a foster home, so she lived in the streets and any shelter she could come by. One day, Jewel collapsed in the middle of the streets and after she was sent to the hospital, treated for her illnesses and gotten to eat enough to where she was healthy and at a normal weight, they sent her here. By then, she was a week from turning sixteen. But while Jewel was alone in the streets, she got a tattoo. And the tattoo reads "Remember to Forget" in Chinese.

personality: Jewel is rather motherly and protective. She's often found singing words to a new song she has heard or has made up. She is usually talking about what everyone else likes, singing, music, and making sure people are okay. She pretty much talks about anything she comes up with. She's a good listener, good at giving advice, and when she's snaps out of being motherly and protective when she knows things are safe, she's so much fun to be with. She's very outgoing and will just have a blast. But as soon as she senses danger she snaps back into being motherly and protective.

other: While in the streets, Jewel once stole a whole bunch of foundation and coverup so she could pull of looking healthy, so she has that with her, which is what she uses now to appear healthy. She also has a bunch of notebooks that she has filled with songs. One of the notebooks is filled with her dreams. She also has the clothes she had and the hospital had given her when she was staying in the infirmary. She also has an acoustic guitar. She is always wearing metal chain a necklace that has about 50 guitar picks on it...she never takes it off. She also has a small pocket knife she keeps in her pocket.

description/picture: Koda has slightly tanned skin, and blonde hair with natural streaks of dirty blonde. He is six feet tall, and has pretty strong arms. He is always seen with his hands black, covered in graphite, and with his face and hair streaked with the dark graphite. His eyes are large and green, framed by long, blonde eyelashes. He is kind of skinny, but not significantly.

likes: He loves art, drawing, painting, sculpting, looking at art, and having dreams, whether good or bad, and he is obsessed with drawing hands, lips, and eyes.

dilikes: People who keep moving when he draws them, when he can't get things quite right.

skills: Drawing, painting, sculpting, he's very patient, and he has an amazing memory

weaknesses: He has a very bad habit of staring. Some find him creepy becasue of it. He's usually staring at people hands, lips, or eyes because he's obsessed with drawing them. He's also got into the habit of staying holed up in one spot, wherever it is that he starts the drawing, to finish it. The longest has been two weeks.

history: Koda's dad left him and his mother when he found out his mother, Leah, was pregnant with him. Koda's mother was an artist, and Koda was always in her art studio and at art shows and art auctions. Ever since he was very small he has been drawing - his favorite is just using graphites - and his mother always taught him. When Koda was eight, he noticed his mom getting sadder and sadder, her art getting darker and more depressing until she just stopped. One day, Koda and his mom were at her studio and she had been sitting there for about an hour, just thinking. She just stood up and walked out. Koda figured she would come back, but she never did. After an entire night passed, Koda did the first thing he knew to do - called the police. Koda's mother was in the hospital, because she had apparently walked straight into ongoing traffic. Koda's mother died a week later, on his birthday. He was then sent here.
(Just so you know, Koda will often be found drawing his mother)

personality: Koda is always seen with graphite covering his hands and streaked on his face, and always seems to smell like turpentine. Koda is very outgoing, loves to take risk, and is someone who will just get up and start dancing in the middle of doing something. He is very appreciative of life and all of the small things. He is a lot of fun to be around, but is sometimes found to be creepy becasue he is always staring.

other: An easel, tons of canvases, a bunch of sketch books - both empty and full - and has tons of paints, graphites, pastels, etc. And of course, he has clothes. He also has one photograph - one of his mother and him, before she became depressed.

gender: Male

description/picture: Banksy is tall and scrawny, with a messy mop of pitch-black hair and dark blue eyes.

likes: He obsesses over graffiti ( which earned him the nickname graffiti) depicting rude images that highlight the down pints of society as well as Abstract meshes of colors which is the closest he can get to summarizing how he feels.

dilikes: Censorship and government supremacy

skills: Spray-painting, playing the guitar and finding flaws in peoples characters

weaknesses: He often puts his own well-being aside in his desire to show the truth to the masses, often fighting for cans of spray paint and going to great and ridiculous lengths to create his art

history: Banksy has been in the Orphanage since he was young. He was found on the street at the age of ten with some cans of spray paint and a sign of a cop eating a doughnut while his gun was being stolen by a hispanic teen. His memory of before then is pretty vague, he knows his father died when his Mom was pregnant with him, and that the spray paint had been given to him in his dad's will. His mother was a teen when she had him, so was forced to give him away, his new adoptive parents were cruel government officials, and they would complain endlessly about the flaws of the nation; which sparked Banksy's hatred of the Government. He ran away and dropped his old name of Alex at the age of nine, and survived for a year on the streets with the help of an aspiring band called Heaven's Exiles. He learned guitar from them, but unfortunately they were arrested for suspicion of kidnapping Banksy. He ran away once more before being picked up by the Orphanage.

personality: Banksy is normally very friendly and easy-going; except when he's doing his art or talking about the government. He gets sensitive around the topic of parents, but aside from this is a very out-going and friendly person.

other: Has a massive collection of spray paint cans hidden across the orphanage as well as a CD of Heaven's Exiles only album.

description/picture: he's tall and skinny. He's not very muscular, but they're there, so don't push him. He has sandy brown hair and amazingly blue eyes.

history: he was raised on the street and he had to grow up when he was seven. He's been fighting people since he was young, but now he does it for fun instead of hurting people. He was sent to the orphanage when he turned 13, not a very happy birthday gift. He's been boxing ever since to get his anger for his father out. He's had a big fear since he got there that he was never going to get out. Now he's following Ash so that he can get out.

personality: he's very short tempered and quick to strike, but he's an amazing friend to have. He's strong both phsically and emotionally. Will loves to be around people and he loves talking. He does his best to be friends with everyone, though a lot of people might want to fight him. He's not mean, he's rather nice for what he's been through. He's the guy whom all the fights are started with.

other: he has a tattoo on his lover back that says 'Fight' and he has lots of scars from his fighting in the past.

Since I can barely wait for this to begin, it might start sooner than I expected. We just need one more male and I'll think about maybe having us start early.
