Wow this poem is so simple yet so gripping. that's beautiful. I really like it, i like how you kept to the pattern, how its such a happy poem that is trying to teach people how to live right. Amazing. I really think it is well-written so I applaud you, I have no bad comments only praise so smile.. Only one tiny little thing I noticed though, 'ment' is incorrect, it is spelled 'meant'.
My favorite lines were the last stanza:
"Days are ment to be spent with delight
Not doubt and despair,
Take a deep breath and go outside
Get some fresh air."

I thought what you wrote was pretty cool. Although I'm not too sure if such repetition is necessary. It sounded off to me:

Days are meant to be spent with delight,
Not doubt and despair.

But I suppose the message was well received. So good job. Another thing,

Go learn about something new
and learn what's over there.

It's merely my own opinion, but I feel like this would sound better if you changed the word "learn" in the second line to "seek". ..seek what's over there. Anyway, nice job dude. Liked your poem a lot. Keep up the writing.
