Im sorry if this is against the rules in anyway, but this isnt against the advertising rule I know that much.
Story boils down to this, I was at a forum called LRPGM since around 2000 and 2001. A good 5/6 year period since then.
I joined because I had a passion for RPG making, which was what the acronymns stand for. Likwid's RPG Makers.
I left because... well read on...
~~~
Well. Its been a good five-six years.
LRPGM is a home to me. It always will. Ill check back once in a while.
But you know.
Like in the other thread, noones here. Noone I can hardly relate to.
Mister Waffles to me is "new".
I joined when I was 10. Im now 15. Think about that for a second.
10? 15? 5 years is enough to graduate college, to start a new life, even get married.
I remember back where you didnt know everyone, everyone was so optimistic, where MagiNation card avatars where the hit.
When Night Bringer was a common name spoken among the board.
I have posted less and less... Ive almost... forgotten what this place was like... I wish they had not hacked lrpgm in the first place, yes I was there for that first hack. And it pretty much killed LRPGM.
Only a handfull remained. Then the second hack...
Gosh... this is a home to me.
But people are gone... everyone's gone...
Gone.
I only wish the good times would last a little longer
and why they had to end..."
Keep it real guys. Keep it real.
It may seem like blabber but it killed me on the inside.
The final thing was to delete the site from my favorites. Which I did with painstaking difficulty.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.
As did I...
Goodbye LRPGM.
Hey waffles, did we really know each other for 3 years?
I mean it only seems like yesterday did you join.
Yeah, it really does feel like yesterday.
I'm pretty sure it's been about 3 years, or maybe 2 1/2...I dunno...
