So this is just something I made in a few hours over the weekend... I don't really like the light blue but... whatevs. It's done. Tips are appreciated!!

Hi, so this is way better than anything I could do, but I have a few comments. The arm where the hand shows is just a bit stiff. Maybe you could bend it a bit like the other arm.

First the red circle: Her arm isn't attached properly and it looks awkward. I would make her back thinner as well, it just looks bulky now.
The yellow circle: Her face looks kind of stretched here. Maybe it is the ear. I know you made the hair like that because of the wind, but maybe we should see the ear inside the hair and out.
The bottom of the dress also looks a bit awkward to me. I can tell she has one knee forward and one leg stretched out backwards...?
I really do love this drawing. However, I wonder why she has lines on her upper arm, is that part of her dress. I love the cartoonish feel, it makes it quite mystical.
