She loved him more than anyone she knew
She’d never felt like that before
She never wanted that feeling to go
She wanted to love him even more.
She appreciated every move he made
Everyday her love for him grew
With eyes full of love she used to stare at him in class
Pictures of them together everywhere she drew.
Then one day she decided to tell him of her love
She gave him some words describing her feelings
Surprise and shock drove him crazy
He felt embarrassed and so he stared at the ceiling.
Trying to find out who’d given it, he looked around
He saw her staring with eyes full of love
She caught him staring and looked away
Watching her intently, towards her he made a move.
Her friend saw everything and pulled her out of the room
The friend didn’t want them to talk in the class
The friend had a feeling he would say something rude
She didn’t want the girl’s heart to shatter like glass.
That’s what he did, he broke the girl’s heart
No one could fix her heart which was now in pieces
The feeling of love and happiness inside her was freezing
He spoiled everything for her and ruined all her happiness.
Her heart became hard like coal
Him, she started hating
The transformation was sudden
Not something her friends had been expecting.
Her picture of him also transformed
From a beautiful angel to a deadly demon
Every cell of her hated him for what he did
Seeing him filled her up with venom.
We know time heals wounds, and that’s what happened to her
After some time, of love were gone, all her fears
Her friends were delighted as she became her old self
Looking at him no longer brought her to hateful tears.
Soon she was always happy
As her wounds had been healed
Flowers of happiness were blooming
Inside her mind’s field.
