Not TOO Harsh comments please

I'm only going to review the photographs here, because I find it seriously hard to review drawings.

Well, for the first two photos... they don't have much focus. I can understand they're flowers, however they seem to be shrouded in a lot of shadow. You don't seem to have a thing you want to focus. Next time, perhaps you should use macro (it's where the camera focuses on a nearby point) instead of just taking a photograph.

The next photo is nice - but that's all I can say about it. It's not in focus, it's sort of blurry and the only real thing that finishes the picture off is the sunset in the background. I don't know what sort of camera you're using, however on more new cameras there is a 'sport' button, which makes the camera take photos of something that's moving rather quickly. I suppose that's the problem with the sea; it kinda moves too fast for non-professionals to shoot.

Finally, onto the third photo. WOAH! This is a seriously awesome shot! The brown looks really nice against the stark contrast of the white, and your eye sort of follows the curb (I guess that's what it is...) along to see the blur of the other two playing cards. No joke, but this is an awesome photograph.

Hey! I like your picture of the cards on the pavement and the sketch of the old man. Just try resizing them so we can see better.

Hey there, these rock!

Well, ecxept for the first two, the second has a really big back blob that ruins the picture and the first is too blurry and a little shady. But the first one has potential, just take a clearer shot and focus on something.

The third is nice at first look, but it's blurry and theres nothing to focus on. Water's bee done before, try a seagull!

The fourth, I love! You have good focus, contrast, and a concept. I love the bricks, I thought they were wooden boards at first! It's really good, and I think having the two cards in the distance really perfected it.

Now for the drawings. OVerall, you're pretty good! Sometimes I think you need to work on cleaning up your drawings a bit and fixing proportions. For example, the first persons nose is too flat, and their eyes are a tiny bit to large. It looks like ou need to work on depth too. Use shading to your advantage to make it look like a curve on her neck.

JFK. let's see. . . again, you need to clean up your lines a little, unless you're going for the sketchy look. His right eye could use some definition, we can't see his pupil. noses are hard, but his is great!

And the old man. This one's really good, it has depth, so his face doesn't look flat. It's a bit light, but it seems like you made a pretty good face here!

Firstly I think all of these are of very high standard and you are a very good photographer and sketcher all of these were better than anything I could muster up so congrats!

1st picture: This had really beautiful colors which were all very creditable the flowers were incredibly beautiful and I loved how they seemed to flow into the back ground. The only problem with this picture was that I couldn't seem to find the main focus of the picture maybe it wasd there but it wasn't very obvious which I expected it would be. Despite this I still thought it was very clever and unique.

2nd picture: Very much alike the first picture even though I didn't think it matched the high standerd of the first picture despite this I still thought it was very good. Especially again with the colors!

3rd picture: I really like this picture mainly because of the sunset. I did think though that it was a little blurry I didn't notice it to much but I knew it was definately there. I still loved the picture though. The timing was very good and it was charming to look at!

4th picture: I really liked this one definately my favourite of the lot, really nice idea and for me it really worked. I loved how you put two cards further back in the distance really nice idea I loved this picture!

5th picture: Really good face it showed great emotion and all the features were perfectly defined the eyes were beautiful and it was very realistic I am amazed at the realisticness of it I don't think I've ever seen such an inspirational picture before you are a very talented artist.

6th picture: I also loved this picture very good face again and good use of shading the eyes showed emotion. Well done another great sketch!!

7th picture: W O W ! Very clever looking wise old man you did very well with this. When drawing older people some people overexaggerate the wrinkles. You avoided this and made it look very realistic indeed the wrinkles were subtle and the face wasn't completely perfect which helped to make it look realsitic. Well Done loved this was an amazing work of art.

Hey there,

Before i review the actual photo's, one thing that caught my attention straight off was the size of the photo's. Next time if you could just resize them it might make it a bit easier to see the photos.

For the first photo: I love the flowers you used, the colors really work well in this photo. One thing that i noticed is the red dates... maybe it's the camera, but if you just crop the photo or use a program to hide the date i think it would really take it to a higher level or awesome than it is already on.

Second: Again the date, but i love the hidden face. I don't really think the angle is as good as the first, but its still a good picture.

Third: The timing of the photo is really great, to get the color of the horizon and the wave i think is pretty neat! The boat is also a nice touch.

Fourth: When i saw this i laughed because it's such a cool idea! The angle is really good and i love the other cards in the background.

The drawings are really good, i love the necklace and the way it's like she is staring at you. Then for the two men i love how you captured their faces.

You have a really cool talent and i wish i could draw like you. I think if you just found a way to get the dates out of the photo's it would be brilliant.

***The first two pictures I really wish that they were re-sized because they look lovely but are hard to look at because they're so big.
***The white horses photo is beautiful but a bit blurry. I wish I was there wherever that is, it looks so warm.
***The lost king photo is my favorite out of all you posted. It's just so simple and sharp-looking. I also like the twig across part of his face, (don't know if that was intentional or not).
***The drawing of the lady is very out of proportion though if you meant it like that then I could see where you were going with it. Her lips and eyes are very large and cartoonish looking. I do like the right side of her hair but on the left side I don't care for that strange piece sticking out at cheek-level. Also her necklace doesn't conform to her neck, it looks very stiff and unnatural. One last thing, her chest seems to be off balance from the rest of her. Sorry if that sounded really harsh! I do like the lace on the sleeve and the rose!
***The JFK drawing is really quite a close likeness and bravo for having the courage to do it! (I've been meaning to draw him for some time but havn't yet gotten up the courage!) My only issues with it are that his one eye seems a little larger than the other and quite a bit more faded. Also the left side of his face seems a tad chubbier than he really was. Other than that, very good!
***Lastly the old man, I do really like this one a lot though it is a little hard to see because the lines are so faint. I enjoy drawing old people too, there's so much detail in their faces.

Wow, these pictures are rockin' awesome! I didn't like the drawings as much, but I'll go in order.

The first picture- I really liked how the flower covered part of the face, making it look kind of mysterious. I love how it's a black and white picture, but you managed to add color to part of the flower to spice it up. Very well done.

The second picture- The same concept here, only you turned the statue and it looked better. And you made the colors on a single leaf and it is sort of a rainbow which is beautiful. Great job.

The third picture- This had to be my favorite by far. You managed to get an ocean picture, which I love. The background is perfect, the sunset with the crashing wave in amazing. Amazing picture.

The last picture- This one is very unique, I like it. The thing that I'd have to like the most is the angle. It's not straight at all, and I love it. The cards are just in their, and I like it. An overall great picture.

The drawings- I was not very impressed with these. I think you could have spent more time on these to make them come out better. This is all I have to say.
