Yes, it is. It's right for everyone. But maybe storybooks aren't your high point. You should look around and see what you like. Maybe it will replace storybooks, you never know for sure. But if you want to make one, you will have to earn points by doing reviews and welcoming people, like I am! But seriously, just look around the place and see what you like. If you have any questions just let me know and I'll answer them for you. So have fun! :D

Hey there, Infinity, and welcome to YWS! I'm a storybook fanatic myself, so I hope I can help you out. If you look through the Storybook Forum, you'll find countless storybooks geared for countless combinations of writers, even writers like yourself! If you're not the best writer in the world (none of us are, of course!), then try joining a storybook with others who write along your pace. There are tons of friendly, supportive authors out there, and you'll find that most everyone around here wants to help you out!

Now, if you don't see a storybook that you want to join, just give it some time--new storybooks open nearly every day, and you'll have a blast writing with them!

To join one, just find the storybook you want to be a part of, read the first post, and there should be rules and instructions on that post! Let me give you an example here. Unfortunately, I think that storybook is full, but it gives a good example about what most storybooks look for in joining.

I really hope this helped, but send me a PM or a wall post if you have any questions!

Again, welcome to YWS; I know you'll love it. ;)

Hi, Infinity!

It's great that you're interested in Storybooks. As pointed out, YWS has a whole section dedicated to Storybooks! Feel free to post any questions, comment in discussions, and have some fun RPGing with others.

Writing your own stories will help you though! It just takes practice to create effective stories/storybooks. Do you write any stories? I'd be happy to read some for you and give some pointers if you need help. It takes building your own world, plot, and creating enough interest to keep your readers/storybookers interested.

Do you play any RPG games either? Or do you have other hobbies outside of storybooks?

It's good to see you've found your place around some of the site! If you have any questions about anything, you can post in the Questions & Answers forum under Community, or you can PM anyone. We're all happy to help, including myself. :D

See you around!

Hi there, welcome to YWS!

One great thing about storybooks is that they really help you to develop your writing skills. So, if you don't feel all that great at the start, just carry on going with a couple. Take notice of what other people are doing, and soon your skills will improve dramatically!

On creating your own storybook - if you don't have any ideas straight away, hold that for a while until you've become really used to storybooking. That way, when you do create your own it'll be brilliant!

I hope you have a lovely time here, and feel free to PM me with any questions.

See you around!

Amy
