Well, I don't know who norbert beaver is, but this drawing is good! Your proportions are perfect. It's a little fuzzy, but I can still see it easily. If anything's wrong, I'd say the eyes. They're not exacty round, and pointing a tiny bit in different dirrections, like, less than a millimeter different, but still. Good job!

I love the drawing the lines are very neet and smooth, and all togethere it is a very good drawing
the only bad for me are, that the photo that you have taken of it is abit blury, it could do with beeing resized so you can see the drawing as a whole, but they are not rely bad point of the drawing
