Ch6 Error
Now, that is when and how they got there main powers, well most of the children, all but one of them, Reana, Reana was now ten and she knew all about the secret and not to let anyone know about there powers, she even would study the elements in hopes her power would come soon, but nothing, she has yet to obtain her powers right now all she is, is the odd on out metaphorically speaking. But she did have her smarts, she knew how the kids could use there powers more well and in secret, she knew a lot for some one who did not even have the powers but she did hope her day would come soon, but all she could do, was well… hope, she tried to do research and ways to obtain them faster but there powers were abnormal there for you can just go ask some one how to get them faster so now it wall all a waiting game.
One day, the village was attacked by what The Wise One announced to the city as an “unknown group of raiders” who were after The Wise One's mansion and the four children. From that day on The Wise One was suspicious of the children, and the unknown group fled but not empty handed, they stole something from the mansion but The Wise One told everyone they just trashed it. This caused the children to become suspicious of The Wise One as well, because he was not acting normal. This distrust caused The Wise One to become engulfed with rage and send out a carrier pigeon and called in some one that the kids could not see but they could hear threw the vents what The Wise One was saying, “Go and look for those benders and retrieve the orb!” The Wise One shouted at the Brothers of Babylon, the brothers of Babylon are a group of assassins who have powers, the group tuck on secret missions with in and out side the City Of Babylon, they lived in the shadows of Babylon and followed orders as they were told, they are kept a secret from the city because the city has no idea that there are threats on a daily bases and if they did there would be hell.
Okito, quickly sat up in bed, and the others followed suit, “What's bothering you Okito?” whispered Xeno. “What is wrong?" asked Okito, "Well for starters why is father so uptight about some orb.” (They call The Wise One father since he raised them) Reana pushed herself up on the bed and looked at Okito, “Well I think it's a sparkly diamond! Worth lots and lots and LOTS!” she said with a smile on her face. “Why Okito are you hoping it's some sort of power” she giggled saying it in a sarcastic tone, “No. I know it is power, and a power that is beyond us.. but I wonder why father kept all this from us...” Okito said, . He and the other two then turned to Xeno, waiting for what she thought all along “Okito is right. I sensed the power coming from that orb too.. and now that it's gone I know it was the orb that was giving on that power.” said Xeno. Jona just nodded in agreement. It was this moment the mood in the room, and the city changed, though the children didn't even know something big was coming. The children turned in there colour coded beds as the clear winter sky, the star shun bright along with the moon as they shined threw there window onto the floor, the snow falling softly, as the children fell asleep the city did as well so it had seemed.
Ch7 The Dream
“do you have the orb..” Said The Wise One as the snow fell from the sky onto the clock tower, the tower stud and over watched the city, it shun in the winter night and stud tall as the clock ticked The Wise One turned around and looked at the women behind him, her hair covered with snow and her black outfit splotch with the beautiful soft snow, her eyes sparkled as the moon reflected off them her hair waving in the com winter wind, “No, but I have some news, there was a group of drifters seen about a mile away from here, they have a camp site up north, and there not travelling alone, they got a Shiga,” Said the women, as she said that there was a short pause and The Wise One tuck a few more steps toward the women as the stars twinkled he looked up and the snow fell softly on his face, “Thank you for the information Amber, Order a small group of The Brother’s Of Babylon to go retrieve the orb” The Wise One said and then jumped off the huge tower flying down threw the snow and landed swiftly on the ground, the show puffed up and The Wise One was on his way back home leaving foot prints in the snow to just be covered up by the soft twinkly snow.
“Okito...” said a strange voice from the distance in dark unknown place, it was as dark as a pitch black room... “Who's there?!” Questioned Okito sticking out his hands walking around so he did not fall into anything, “Okito” The voice echoed this time and was still soft, “Show yourself!” Okito yelled and started to run into the nothingness, a small sliver of light shun and got brighter, Okito turned and ran toward the light but was unsuccessful, “who... are you..” Okito said panting, the light grew closer but the unknown remained covered with darkness, “were am I...” Okito said as the light grew closer, “Okito...” The voice said fading out of the light, the light got closer to Okito like it was going to attack him, Okito tried to shoot flames at it, but his powers were useless they were not working, so Okito turned and started to run, and run into the darkness, but it was only a matter of seconds, the light engulfed Okito and he started to fall, and fall into nothingness, he just kept falling, but there was no longer any darkness, rather it was all light and it was like falling into a white piece of paper, you would just keep falling. Okito's fall came to a hard end as he hit nothingness and sat up surprisingly with out a scratch, Okito stud up and brushed him self off and turned around and hit some one, they had on a black cloak and all you could see was the beautiful lips, like the lips of a goddess, and two curls from the hair hanging out of the hood, the hair was a light blue, her skin was pale, “Okito...” The Women said, and walked toward Okito, “Wait.. who are you!” Okito shouted and stumbled back and fell and looked up at the figure, “I am what you need, what you want, i am your true power..” The women said and looked at Okito, “True... power... What do you mean by that!” Okito said stammering, “well for starters you don't have the power yet” the women said turning around, “Well... how do i get it!” Okito said then the women turned her head and you could see her lips shine and here teeth as white as snow and she smiled and said, “You can get it by unlocking the true power of the.....” the voice stopped and another voice emerged, “...wake up, Okito! Wake up!” Reana said jumping on top of Okito, as Okito opened his eyes Reana's voice got louder and the light beamed threw his squinting eyes “We are going to be late for school!” Reana said running out there door, “jeez that kid has to much energy!” Xeno said with a smile and swung her back pack over her shoulder and made her way out the door, Jona went to run out the door well putting his pants on and tripped and got back up and got his pants back up and garbed his back pack and nodded to Okito, and then Jona ran out the door. Okito sat up in his bed and shook his head, “was that a dream...?” Okito questioned himself and wondering what the women in his dream was going to say, Okito then jumped out of his bed, the room was filled with the cold winter light, the window frosted and out side Okito could see Jona, Xeno, and Reana mounting there horses, “hmm... snow... I hate snow...” Okito said shivering and grabbed his cloths and changed, into a pair of jeans and turtle neck, Okito was about to leave the room when he looked back at his bed, “... what did she mean...” Okito thought then left the cold bright room with his jacket. Okito got out side and got onto his horses back and trotted off toward school.
