Deanna

I just started drawing last month. I kind of suck but I wanted to be able to draw my characters in some way. I draw in a cartoony style so realism isn't really what I am going for, just to let you know :p Mainly because I can't do realism.

So last night I was bored and asked Dems (Demeter) to outline a person for me to draw. She picked a female called Deanna who had green eyes and purple hair.

This is what I drew -

She is so cute! I love the hair colour! Obviously I saw and praised this already but I'll just say that I love the mouth! It's so subtle but still an obvious mouth. (xD errr...? What am I talking about.) Anyway I'm really glad you posted it finally!

I love the colouring, you didnt go overboard, you kept it simple. And the eyes are superb. A really good drawing.
Though I do think a little shading would have looked nice to give her face a bit more detail.
Other than that amazing work. Keep it up.

This is amazing! wow. Just one thing that doesn't seem right. The eyes are too high, anime eyes are usually low and the hair usually covers the forehead area. Thats the only thing that looks weird to me, other than that its very good.

As I've said about OVER 9000 times in chat, this is really good. My only nitpick is that her nose is too small, and it almost looks like it's not there.

Other than that, I'm impressed. (And you said you couldn't draw -.-)
