Smoking Kills

It's my first digital painting. I hope you like it.
The theme is kind of delicate.. The idea that smoking kills. But I tried to illustrate the idea as good as i could.

That's really cool, i'm sorry I can't really point out anything wrong or say anything constructive here. But that's just simply wicked I'm impressed!

I used Photoshop CS 5, and a graphic tablet.

Wonderful concept- I've seen this type of thing before, and I've always loved how creative it is. Unfortunately, there are some numbers blocking the cigarette in this one, and it's quite small. :/
Personally, I'm still a photoshop failure, but this was excellent. Great job!

Hey, Pervy here. I like how you made the connection there between the smoke and the skull (obviously meaning death). It would be awesome logo in an anti-smoking campaign. The picture though, could be larger and the numbers are distracting. Anyways good job!

Hello there.

I hate to repeat people, but the pictures should definitely be bigger. I can't see anything/details in there... It looks pretty good from here though. I don't know if there's an actual cigarette at the bottom, but maybe make it more noticeable? I'm sure that if you get rid of the numbers and maybe put it a little higher, it would be good.

Wow, a really powerful piece I think.
I love the detail on it though I do think it could be slightly stronger. Just the colouring slightly darker to give a real menace.
Apart from that, a really lovely (well not lovely but you know what I mean) piece.

Amazing concept dude! Though I wish you had posted a bigger picture. And also the line on the picture hides something at the lower left corner; I'm curious what that is. Nice job!

I'd love it to be bigger, (for some reason I can't click on the picture to see the bigger one) and for those numbers to disappear but that aside I think it's a very well-done piece of art.
I have seen this concept somewhere before but that's not to knock yours mind you, yours is excellent.
The wispiness of the smoke is perfect and the skull is drawn just right. I have no complaints whatsoever!

That is just chilling. I like how you put the skull in the wisps of smoke-made my stomach flip.
Now, I'm not a technological whiz-so I can't tell you how to improve this. In fact, I truly wasn't sure what a digital painting is.
But the colour scheme, and the way you put everything into the image-powerful and strong message, which is what I hope you were going for.

I agree with what the other people said: This has to be bigger! xD Nice pic. The thing is, for me, adding a death symbol, like a skull, to show that 'Smoking Kills' is quite predictable or expected. Also, it didn't completely look like smoke to me. Maybe, if you added a little more 'gas', it would convince me more.

Well, maybe, it's just because of the small size of the pic that I can't appreciate it that much. But, hey, I can never do anything like that. xD And, nice job on making smoking look scary, especially with the skull in the smoke and the black background. Smoking kills after all.

(Wait. I sound so rude. >.< I'm not even a painter, much less a digital painter.)
