Suddenly, I’ve lost myself,
Everything I knew is wrong,
I feel like I’m falling,
And clarity is what I long.

My friends go and stab my back,
Comfort moves away,
And when people ask how I am,
I’m not quite sure what to say.

I am lost,
And confused wouldn’t be a lie,
But everyone is as lost as me
And all I can do is try.

I am a little more provocative then you might be..
It's your shock and then your horror on which I feed..
So can you tell me what exactly does freedom mean..?
If I'm not free to be as twisted as I wanna be..!?

There's so much in just three stanzas and the rhyming made it flow all the better. The feelings are so strong that I can relate to the person. Wonderful! Keep writing!
If you want to be a great writer, don't think about what you're going to write, just write it.

I'm a huge fan of writers block! When your brain halts, with no direction for where you should go, it gives you threads. All you have to do is pull and unravel the story you're meant to write.

This is really good, not much to say apart from this little bit;

I'm not sure about this line, the rest of the poem is a bit more subtle and this is more 'in your face'
Hope this was helpful :)
