My name is Grace, I found this website when looking for a site to find "people like me" and read some poetry haha. I live in a small town where all anyone cares about is football, parties, and other typical teenager things and it drives me insaneeee. D:
Most of the time, I feel really alone in my thoughts, but after being on here for a while I realized that you people were just as crazy as me haha(:

Obviously, I love to write; I mainly write poetry. Message me if you want! I'm looking foward to meeting new people!

Welcome to YWS!

It's great to have another poet amongst our ranks! I've written a few poems myself although I mainly a short-story person. But if you ever need a review, just ask!

So I'll just run you through Submissions and Reviews. To submit a literary work, go to the navigation bar and click Submit. When the page loads just select the genre your work is in (under Poetry, there's Dramatic, Narrative, Lyric and Other Poetry) and voila! You can now submit!

However, to submit a new literary work, you need 100 points. To get points, you must review (comment on) the works of other users. Remember that your review must be at least 250 characters to count as a review, otherwise you'll gain no points from it. So make sure to check the character-count and also to use good grammar in your review.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM the Site Mods (their names are in light or dark green) or members who've been around at least a month. Also feel free to PM me!
