I'm not really sure how to review photography but i will give it a go.
it's very pretty i'll give you that! The purple skittle on top with the prodiment S, would be the only one I would have. the other's around it with do I would blur out and make fuzzy so it is just like one big skittle party

Oh my, just wonderful. I like the whole Skittles idea, by the way, makes for a great shot. I like the S on the purple Skittle, it gives you something to focus on, which is always good in a photo. But maybe if that was the only S showing, there is another in the corner, it would be complete. But that is just how I feel. This would make a nice wallpaper. Bravo.

I absolutely love it. It has the perfect focus point and the colours are just purely awesome. xD It's a very eye-catching picture and looks incredibly nice. And it looks quite yummy, as well! I'd suggest you leave it as is as opposed to doing any cropping or blurring. It's already a very nice photo.

I agree with the person above me. This is a beautiful shot with the right about of color(well, they are Skittles after all!!:) and the right amount of focus. So where was this taken? Do you just have some random bowl of Skittles in your house, or did you purposly have them out just for this shot?

Really great focus and colors. However (and I don't mean this in a mean way) I think that you could have been more original in the view point. I've seen this picture before. And it's a great picture, seriously- you took it well. The lighting, tones, focal point... all spot on. But maybe a different angle or something? I dunno. Nice job though.
Really great technique, colours and focus. I loved this. The only problem is this sort of thing is cliché. There are so many like these. You have good technique, try variations. Set them up, make them all broken, melt them, arrange in a unique pattern, go crazy! It would make such a picture more memorable.

SKITTTLES!!!! Boy I miss those, sadly in Finland they dont have them unlike in the US. Anyways back to the topic. Picture is very nice and I like it! BUTTTT....Your photo is a bit like all photos are, they are cleche. Try to improvise and do the most crazy things you could imagine. I mean mix it up with ice cream or melt them. Put them in FUDGE!!!! When it comes to photos and picturing simple but fun things use your imagination and do random stuff. Please make more
I like this... but it feels a little off to me. My eyes are automatically drawn to the blurred yellow ones in the back, and are constantly being pulled back to the purple ones, because I know it should be the focus, but my eyes refuse to naturally look there. Though, by the other reviews, it seems that this only affects me, so it could just be a personal preference kind of thing.
I do really love this piece, despite the focus. I really love the orange skittles, especially the ones by the focused purple one. They make nice background, strengthening the look of the ones around them, so for that I say this is good.

Thanks for all the reviews This was pretty unplanned, I originally took this picture in about 3 seconds as a joke because I had skittles and my boyfriend didn't. So that's probably why it's so clichéd and not very inventive - it never was meant to be but I liked how it turned out after some gentle editing.
I am personally a very big Skittles fan so this picture won me over!! the shots are clear and it was a fun and interesting picture which showed of the main feature to it's best ability!!! =)
