Two cliches. :)
It's been snowing like crazy. We've probably had about 3+ feet of snow in the past four days. It hadn't snowed at all before that. Madness.
Which one do you like better? They have completely different tones, and I can't decide.

These are beautiful! I like how you focused in on the actual objects. They're so up close and in your face like, "Bam! I have snow on me!" Are they both roses? The first one kind of looks like one, but I'm not sure if it really is or not. :) I definatly like the second one better, but just because it's more colorful. I really like both of them. Great job!

Hello there. :)

I really like the first one, probably because I have something for the dark arts and black and white... ;) But the second one is also beautiful with the colors and the contrast with the snow... It's a hard decision, but I would say the first one. Again, it depends on the feel you want to give.

Keep it up!

Wow, these are really amazing! I love the first one's title "Shadows of Winter" really descriptive, mysterious, and fitting.

I hate making choices, I really do. Um...probably the second one. The first one is really cool, but the second one seems to have more detail. The color makes the picture pop out more, it makes it more of an eye-catcher; I think it's because the shadows in the creases of the rose are more noticeable, so you get more detail.

I really like the second one as well, but if you were trying to decide which one you would bring to a fair or something, I'd chose the second.

Hope this helped (though it probably didn't)

They're both beautiful. I really like the first one, but it's hard to decide between the two. :D

Which do you like better personally?

Like the others have said their both amazing but if I had to choose,I would pick the second one its amazing how the colours contrast with the white of the snow and how it is totally focused on the flower and not the ground so it doesn't take any attention away from the main object. Well done!
A hero isn’t defined by winning. Loads of heroes die in the effort. Most of them never get any recognition. No, a hero is just somebody who does the right thing when it would be far, far easier to do nothing.

I personally like the first one better. It's beautiful. It reminds me of broken hearts in the winter. I don't know. It might just be me that thinks like that.

I love the first one of the faded/dead rose. They are both gorgeous, but for some reason I really think the dead rose is just drop-dead-gorgeous (no pun intended). I think I like it because it shows that snow isn't just beauty, it's dark and causes death and destruction.

These are awesome and I adore them. Let me know when you post more work.

Normally, I would go for the darker one, but I couldn't really figure out what it was until seeing the second one. I like the color scheme, I just don't know....I guess I'll go for the red one. It's really easy to see what it is, and it would look really nice on a Christmas card :) Keep taking pictures!
