Hey! First of all, this is really good, sixth grade or otherwise. I can only imagine how you'd improved since then.
Though, I do have a couple of comments on it. I like the different patterns you use on its neck, but I think they could be better; right now they're a bit two toned, and I think some shading could really liven them up. Nothing big, of course, that would take away from the defining lines, but something that would make the transitions between even different... scales? (sorry, I'm not sure what to call those things) would smooth this out, make it more realistic.
And then there's the head. For most of this, you have a lot of detail work, a lot going on like you would expect for a dragon. But then the head's just kind of there, not shaded, not given nearly as much effort. The only part of the head that I really like are the eyes, which are well done; the rest looks unfinished.
So, overall, this is really amazing (especially because I have a thing for dragons, so I kinda love you for this). The proportions are right, the shapes are well done while still holding a unique design. Lovely drawing.

I really like it! The only thing I have on it is that on the back of the neck you keep going different ways with your lines. That 's pretty much it! *presses like button* Oh and the scales on theneck are going differnt ways as well, and it makes it look more like hair instead of scales. Then on the back of the neck, the line symmrtys a bit off. Otherwise it's reaally cute! If it was smaller I'd use it as our Avatar on I love Dragons! Good work and keep it up!
