Moderators on YWS are able to perform marriages on YWS that have absolutely no legal meaning whatsoever. A couple wishing to get married on YWS should contact a Moderator. Only Moderators are allowed to perform Marriages. Depending on the Moderator, wedding prices will vary as well as the requirements. Not all Moderators perform marriages and some will only perform certain types of marriages. Getting a divorce requires twice as many points as a marriage and they can only be performed by Administrators. I just wish to say this thing amazes me, I have stumbled around many kinds of sites out of boredom, (mostly having to do with art, writing, programing, or animation.) and have never seen a site so interested in the concept of marriage.

Yes this both amazes and confuses me, and the only difference I can think for this is a slightly more close knit community and a massive female population to male ratio which is very rare.
