VersaEmerge Cover

Hello everyone! I had the splurge to draw recently, and this is what I got out of it!(: Hope you enjoy it! The CD itself is VersaEmerge, Fixed at Zero.(: Sorry that I have some of my desk chair in there.

Hi! This is really cool, it looks like the cover! Anyway, I thought that the shoulders could have been detailed- on the cover they stick out quite a bit, and they still do here but not as much. Except that's only my opinion! : D

Overall, I really like this and you have a talent for drawing!

I just looked at the cover you were talking about and it's a really good likeness.

Good things=

-You've captured the outline of the body really well and it looks unmistakeably like a vulture!

-I really liked the branch the vulture is sat on, the pencil lines look like the tress is twisting into it's different roots, really effective!

Things to improve=

-This was just a quick drawing but if you wanted to make it more vulture like, bring the wings further out of it's body, so it almost looks as if the shoulders are hunched. That is often used when drawing birds such as vultures as it makes them look more daunting.

-Use colour to outline each individual feather and shading around the features as at the moment they are quite basic and undetailed.

The great thing about this is that you have used pencil and so can go back and improve as much or as little as you want. I was really impressed by this, you could even have a go at copying the style of writing written on the albumn cover!

Zaddie- I actually did try and do the title, but failed. (: I forgot a letter and ran out of room, then colored the letters in before I realized this, so I cut it out.(:
