I do my comments in colors so it is easy to understand.
Red- Grammer mistakes
Blue- Things I think you should change to make the poem better, in my opinion, or from my expereance.
Pink/purple- Things I really like
Green- Aditional comments
When I review a poem normally I will tell you if I liked it or not, what I liked and didn't like about it, why I liked or didn't like that, and what I think you could do to make it better. I can be kinda harsh, but I will always tell you why and how to improve.
