Lovely pictures. My favourite would have to be the third image depicting a boat. The architecture appears very ornate and beautiful from your images.

I'm not going to be the one to crit your pictures because I'm not very photographic myself. :P But I will say they are some nice pics with some that could have improvements at some points. I like the cannon one the most, but the glare from the window could be dimmed. The place reminds me of the Ghost Adventures I was watching the other night about some Spanish fort in St. Augustine, Florida. Creepy place and the ghost there loved to growl.
And I vow oath to this creed and all who are within it, to protect and value them all.

These are beautiful! I have to agree that the best one is the one with the boat. It's a pretty scene, and the angle of the shot is really interesting.

I don't know if you want feedback, but if I had one little thing to critique, it would be that I think you could have gotten a more interesting angle on the cannon - maybe if you'd taken the shot directly from behind the cannon or something. That's just a little thing though, and mostly a personal preference.

Otherwise I really have nothing bad to say! Gorgeous shots. :)

Thanks, Quetseli! :D And yeah... it's cool because this was a fort made by Spanish people when they came to the Caribbean.

Hellow, Shadow! :D About the cannon pic... yeah, I would've probably take a better angle, I actually wanted to shot the sea too, but I was on a rush. :? Lol :D And yeah the pic is my fave too!

I like them. I also don't have much to say.... But I like the second to last pictures because of the angle.
You're new? Great seas! Why haven't you gone to the Buddy System yet?

Hello Solvalery! I'm going to go through these one by one. Hopefully it will be helpful.

1) This one is far too centered for my tastes. It is a point-blank angle, so it looks like something you would take on vacation. Play with angles! Make the picture off-center and at an angle, and this would have more of an impact.

2) This picture has a lot of potential, I think. I really wish it had been cloudy that day, or you could have come back later in the evening. If you could see out of the window, this picture would have a whole other dimension. Also, I wish you'd crop in (or zoom in) a bit more, so that you don't see as much of the railing. If you have any type of editing software, I'd play with the light on this one. It has potential to be a good photo.

3) This is a great picture. It has a very "Caribbean" feel to it. The way the wall zig-zags and is on a slant really adds some nice depth. The boat is a great touch, too. My only thought is that the boat is a little fuzzy. I wish it could have been in focus better.

4) Another great one. I LOVE the way the sky gets a very pal blue on the horizon and deepens as you go up the picture. The picture itself is very clear, and easy on the eyes. I'd try to crop in a bit, though. Try for less of the grass and less of the sky, so those elements aren't distracting from the real focus of the picture (the building).

5) This is the best picture you've got here. It looks great. You have some nice framing (with the green plants). The yellow lines add depth, and the whole thing has a great "Caribbean" mood. Well done! And you shot this at high noon, from the looks of it! Many times, shooting at noon washes out the picture. You've done a great job with this one.

6) This is what usually happens at high noon. Do you notice that glow emanating from the pavement? This is another head-on shot. Play with the angles and focus, and this has potential.

You've got a lot of potential here! You've done very, very well at creating a mood. Keep playing with your camera settings and angles! I want to see more from you!

I have to say that 4th picture looks very nice ( for me ) but it seems like I'm distracted by the cannon ._.
I always wonder if it can actually shoot lol
would make a trip much funner and funnier.
oh I just got off topic
Nice Pictures 8D

The third one is also another one I like, not because of the view of the ocean and the "toy boat" but because of the sky, it looks VERY VERY pretty on how it is going :]

Cool pictures! THey made me wanna visit this place. :)

My favorite was the third one because of the view and angle. I like the one with the trees and the shadows in in it because it's a good picture of that little tower.

Hello there, Solvy Darris! ;P

Woah, those are really neat pictures. XD I have to admit, I love the cannon/second picture. That looks like a really beautiful place to visit. I'll have to look into going their one of these days.

Also, very nice job, you are a great photographer. :D

The third and fifth photos are the ones that I liked the best out of the bunch. The first one just didn't have much substance, and the others would have been a lot better had you been able to get closer, but I know thats hard to do depending where you are. Overall a nice job and creative subject matter. Hope you had fun in Puerto Rico though! =]

Awesome! Beautiful pictures! I never got to go to El Morro. :( But I've been to El Viejo San Juan, which left me in awe. :D
