Juvenile Inc.

The real name of the company is Clarkson and Co. But no one has called it that for years, everyone just calls it Juvenile Inc. It is a pretty normal business, it is a company that works with interior design. The office is in the town of Dayton, Nevada. It is a large building with several stories, and several luxury offices. The pay is pretty good, and the company has done well for many years. There is only one thing that makes this company usual.

It is run by minors. Specifically, fourteen to twenty year olds. Even the C.E.O. is a minor. The whole company has stayed grounded, and everything is going great. Until another company moves in. They are an interior design company run by adults. The two companies are neck and neck, desperate to be number one. Juvenile Inc has the advantage of a long history of satisfied customers, but Ennis Inc has, well, adults. Juvenile Inc has a new C.E.O., the daughter of the original daughter. She is ready to take over, and has plans for the company. Your a worker of any type in Juvenile Inc, and hope the best for your company. It's Juvenile Inc vs. Ennis Inc.

This means war.

*saves spot for a girl in marketing*

I'll be out of town from next Monday to Friday, but I'll get my profile up before that. I'm hoping for some Internet access, too.

Could you give us some ideas as to the sort of jobs available?

Name: Catherine

Age: 15, but almost 16

Picture/Description:
Spoiler
Image

She's always looked older than she was. She's 5'5'' with long red-ish/brown hair with blue eyes that get brown closer to the center. She always wears her hair up

Job/Position: C.E.O. Assistant, since she's new, but working her way up to other things (she hasn't quite decided what yet)

Personality: She works hard and is very serious. She is very social and sweet, but has a bit of a bad temper. She is very clumsy but organized, and always helps out as best she can. She is very creative and good in a lot of things. She can sometimes be a chatterbox, but never looses her concentration.

Strengths: Hard worker, creative, social, kind, and concentrates

Flaws: bit of a bad temper, chatterbox, clumsy, and a bit self conscious.

History: She is an only child, but had lots of friends. She never could decide what she wanted to do, so she did pretty much everything. She worked with animals, played lots of different instruments, played sports, all kinds of things. She was always a hard worker and practiced a lot. Still, she always made time for friends. Her parents were rich, so she never had a problem getting into more things. Her life seemed simple, since she always got what she wanted, but emotionally it was hard.

Her parents got divorced and she lived with her mom. Her father wanted her to live with him, though. Each parent wanted her to choose them, so they did whatever she wanted. She finally got tired of that and moved in with one of her friends for a while until her parents could deal everything out and she could decide.

Up for love: Not really

Name: Thea Novier (thee-uh noe-vee-air)

Age: 17

Picture/Description: Brown eyes, wavy brown hair that reaches just past her shoulder blades, tall and slender. A bit curvy, but not ridiculously so. Hates flats, and wears kitten heels instead. If she has to, which she pretty often does.

Job/Position: President of Design!

Personality: An innovator- she never follows trends set by others, and never tries to live up to other people's standards. Most of the time, anyway. She makes her own rules, and plays by them. She won't try to impress- she just does. One of the top designers and still improving, she's a perfectionist, headstrong, and the slightest bit competitive. She's got skill, and doesn't like the term 'interior designer'- she prefers 'interior artist'. In fact, that's what's on her nameplate- Thea Novier, Interior Artist.

Strengths: good taste, good eye for color, determined, passionate, skilled, outgoing, bold, charismatic, hyperactive; she gets a lot done, quicker than most, energetic.

Flaws: competitive, stubborn, impulsive, proud, pushy, risky, sharp tongued, fiery, hyperactive; she can never sit still and hates silence, gets easily distracted and bored.

History: Thea comes from an upper middle class family; she knows they had money, but she still worked for it. Her family was convinced that she'd become a doctor, or lawyer, something like that, and pressured her to be the best in everything. Harsh punishments ensued when she didn't stand up to par. When she was thirteen, it was discovered her mother had been having an affair, and a very bitter divorce followed. Her father became an alcoholic shortly afterward, and verbally abused Thea. Never laid a hand on her- but her spirit was broken a little more each day.

By the time she was fifteen, she had saved up enough money to leave, and took her case to court. Her father, as she'd expected, was drunk even at the hearing, and she was granted permission to leave. She moved into a loft downtown, taking a job as an intern at a newspaper firm. Steadily, she built up enough money to decorate her place. She had a friend over from the firm who saw her decoration and immediately referred her over to Clarkson and Co. She's worked there since, and still lives in the loft that brightened her future.

Theme song: Are You Ready, by Three Days Grace

Up for love: Psh, yeah!

Other: Has cut off all connection with her family, is vehemently against alcohol, and refuses to talk about her family.

Her loft:

Job/Position: C.E.O.

Personality: She is serious, and doesn't like nonsense. She lets things go, though, a lot. But always provides a warning if she does let something go. She is very hospitable, and has a great sense of style for everything. She has her own sense of style, and put a lot of money into renovating the building when she became C.E.O. She believes everything should be fair in the company, ans is always open to new ideas. She likes to believe that everyone is important in a company. She is calm, and level headed. She approaches things with an open mind.

Strengths: she is calm, a good leader, stylish, open minded

Flaws: serious, bossy on occasion, insecure sometimes, worries a lot about what other people think of her

History: She was born to the previous owners of Clarkson and Co, who had moved on to another company. A new C.E.O. had been appointed. She had a work-based childhood, and never really had a lot of fun. Her dad never really loved her, except when they were out in public. She grew up with two parents who were sure she would take over their company, and she did. Once she got the company, she went inside it with no one knowing she was the new owner. She ad everyone move to a temporary building, and the whole inside was renovated on her orders.

Theme song: Change-Taylor Swift (she's describing the war between the two companies)
Taylor Swift-A Place in this World (describing herself)

Up for love: Not sure yet

Other: She secretly plays the guitar and sings, and is really good, but even her parents don't know. She doesn't think they would approve. She loves music, and always has a song playing in her office.

ninja, the pictures you provide are of her house, right? I provided pictures for the different offices. If those are of her office, and you really want to keep those pictures, I would rather you just chose one. Keep in mind the size of the building and her poisition. The larger offices are just of Presidents, VP's, Managers and ect.

Name: Lily O'Brian

Age: 16

Picture/Description: Lily's always followed fashion, but she's very petite and struggles to find clothes that suit her small frame. She keeps her blonde hair in ringlets against all advice, leaving it to grow well past her shoulders. She wears glasses with smart black frames and tries to wear a different colour of eyeshadow everyday, even if it doesn't always stand out. Being short, she loves her heels, and regularly wanders around in 4 or 5 inch stilettos for work; Lily carries a pair of flats just in case. She likes brightly coloured clothing, but tends to slip into black when she's at the office. She is often mistaken for someone much younger.

Job/Position: President of Marketing

Personality: Lily's quite witty when you get to know her, and likes to be different. On first glance, most don't believe she could control a network of people, but she's a natural leader and struggles with taking orders from others. Most of the time, she's keen to share ideas and work with those of others, but a few resent her bossiness and insistence on shouldering most of the work and most of the credit. Any criticism sets Lily back, even upsets her, and she strives to be a perfectionist; she doesn't understand why others don't do the same. When things go wrong, she sulks, but won't hold a grudge. She's spoilt, in other words, though she would rather not acknowledge it.

Strengths: She's good with psychology, and is quite computer literate, too. She knows what "works". Lily's often the voice used in the press releases, as she tends to come across well. Leader, good at making decisions and reaching compromises.

Flaws: Vulnerable. She can't stand the idea that someone would talk about her behind her back - a comment to her face will hurt her too, but not as much as a rumour. Doesn't understand why people don't see things her way immediately and hates having to explain herself. Can come across as arrogant and detached, and finds it hard to delegate. Doesn't lie: will sacrifice tact to say exactly what she thinks, and then wonder why people don't like what she tells them. Also, very naive.

History: She used to be very shy when she first came to the company as an intern aged 14, but she worked her way up very fast, escaping the notice of her more outgoing colleagues. Even now, some of them aren't quite sure who she is. Lily's never been sure what she wants to do and worries now whether this was the right decision for her. She hates the vanity in fashion and design, even though she's in the thick of it. She'll need something to make her want to stay. Her family supports her decisions outwardly, but she knows her mother still has high hopes of Lily taking law, and as a result Lily has kept up her studies at home. Now she has to decide whether to take the exams and leave or stay on with Juvenile Inc.

Up for love: Sure.
