“Letters to You”
I woke up early morning
I can see the seagulls soaring
The breeze swept the window curtain
The sun is shimmering, peaking out behind the mountain
It’s Sunday today
I wish you could come and stay
The light is resonating along the wall
I am waiting patiently down the hall
And so time passes by
Slowly feeling weary
Suddenly clouds start to darken
The peril dissipates
I feel shaken
Anxiety and loneliness cover my aura
Pen and paper, changed my persona
My dreams disappeared and flew
The letters I send to you
I woke up early morning
I can see the seagulls soaring
The breeze swept the window curtain
The sun is shimmering, peaking out behind the mountain
It’s Sunday today
I wish you could come and stay
The light is resonating along the wall
I am waiting patiently down the hall
And so time passes by
Slowly feeling weary
Suddenly clouds start to darken
The peril dissipates
I feel shaken
Anxiety and loneliness cover my aura
Pen and paper, changed my persona
My dreams disappeared and flew
The letters I send to you
