Personally, I think you also should have zoomed in a bit for this photo. I think you don't need that huge mass of flowers - maybe just one or two in focus, up close, and the others blurred so as to create a wonderful depth of focus in this image. Also, I would like to mention that a part of the flower is out of focus - you seem to try to be focusing on the whole flower, so don't let any part of the flower be unfocused.
