Hello Daniel!

Welcome to YWS! :)
I hope you enjoy yourself!

Tell your friends that they rock for getting you to signup! It's great to have new blood on the site. :)

I can see from the fact that you've already posted a poem that you know your way around the site alright. I will read your poem by the way as soon as I get a chance. I'm looking forward to it! But anyway, if you do get stuck at navigating then feel free to PM me and I'll help you out. :)

Ok, so I'll review your poem soon. If you'd like another review then just ask!
I'll see you around!
~Lydia

Welcome, Daniel. I'm Jayleigh.
How are ya' today?

Anyways, welcome to the site and I'm glad you have pushy friends. This is a very good environment for constructive criticism and meeting new people. There are places to be discovered, so feel free to be clicky-happy with your mouse. There are articles and advice for reviewing and writing.
Speaking of reviewing!
That's something that is always in need of being done. It is one way to get your name out there as well as helping with your own writing. So, get on that! :)
Well, enough shop talk, tell us about yourself.

What do you usually like to write? Poems?
Any readings?
Favorite movies?

Favorite color?....Mines purple

Hmm, it seems I have overwhelmed you. Darn. Well, have fun and good luck with the writing. See you around!

P.S. Try and be as grammatically correct in posts as possible. Some people are kind of picky about that. :D

Hey back at'cha.
I hope you're enjoying being on YWS so far. It's full of great people, so get to know them! Pop by the forums, review a piece, write a piece.. There're so many ways to meet people here on this site.
They're many people around your age here (including me). And a few erm.. more experienced ones. ;)
But age aside, all of us are willing to give you a helping hand. All you have to do is ask and/or post a piece. We'll descend on it like vultures to a corpse. (Erm..)
Everyone's here to learn, gain experience and grow as writers. So just write! It's a good stress reliever as well. :)

Well.. Now for the final bit.

Welcome to YWS!

Hey there Daniel, just thought I may as well introduce myself. I'm Eddie, but its pronounced like Edie. And welcome to YWS!

Everything I was going to say has pretty much already been said. So YWS is really great etc etc, everyone here is surprisingly really nice etc etc and its one of the best places to get a honest and constructive review of your work, true fact!

One of the best ways to meet new people is to join groups reflecting your own hobbies and interests, there are many to choose from. Or search the numerous forums to a post that tickles your fancy, and get debating!

My question to you, is:
If you could travel to any time period, where, when and why would that be?

Hope you enjoy it here, and if you ever need anything, feel free to drop me a PM.
xo
