Funny conversation Mr. McKilt and Daniel are having here. I really like how you wrote Mr. Mckilt's accent down, it was different and entertaining and I could really picture or relive the Scottish feeling.
Especially this part
“You’re a spoilt brat who is full of dung,” he said with his noticeable accent, “and you, if ye ask me, need a good kick up the fanny, considerin’ the dirty mouth and pathetic attitude ye put on for your kin.”
(funny!)

This was generally entertaining. I think though that maybe the piece lacked some bits and pieces in the emotional department. I know that the most part was just the dialogue between the head teacher and Daniel but maybe describe the room they were in a bit more, and the things going on in the MC's mind...it's just a suggestion :) .
