"You are without a doubt, the worst pirate I've ever heard of."
"You even touch my butt and I'm going to go all Kung Fu guys! Seriously, find another way-" I called loudly before I felt hands voilently push me out of my "stuck" predicement. I shrieked landing heavily on the floor, my hands bending awkwardly outwards. Rolling across the ground, I groaned digging my head into a bunch of soft, green grass.
"Shut up, Finn! You were blocking all the light," Raven complained, brushing dust out of her black hair. I kicked my legs sulkily against the hard floor.
AJ and Rose squeazed through the tight gap, yelling as the twigs and rocks pointing out of the side cut into their stomachs. Serves them all right! I sat up, crossing my hands across my chest.
"OH! That hurt." I gasped when fin helped pull me through the hole. I looked down at my stomach to see my shirt ripped though and a small cut beneath it. I helped pull AJ through, and he complained to. Raven was about to come through, but i stopped her. I pulled the debris from around the door, then pulled her through. "Much better." One by one we pulled our friends through the tiny door. When we got the last one of us up, robin, I turned and looked around. There were huge plants, surrounding us, looming over us. They were actually really pretty. I walked over and smelt one. "Hello strange people." I opened my eyes to see the plant, was, talking! I shrieked and fell back in shock. I looked up at the others, who were staring at the plant, who was watching us, slightly amused.
"Even in the end --even in death-- I can't hate you." - Neri Hereford's last words.
"The Gods demand blood, for they... do not bleed." Jaska.
Raven "Did I just hear that plant talk?" I asked my voice hushed. Roxanne nodded. "OK so I'm not entirely insane." I said my voice still quiet. "What is going on here!?" Finn shouted saying what we were all thinking.
"You are without a doubt, the worst pirate I've ever heard of."
Talking flowers. Was i going mad? Finn walked over inspecting the plant. "Finn get back, it may be dangerous!" The pretty pink flower giggled. "I'm not dangerous, unless you want me to be." That sounded like more of a threat then a question. I stood up, inspecting the plant myself. How strange. "What are you strange squishy things? Are you like the queens people?" She poked my ribs with a vine. I was guessing it was a she from the sound of her voice. "We're humans, and we come in peace!" Joked Finn. Always the strange one. "That's good, no threat to the white queen." I stood up, robin became curious. "White queen? Where are we?" The flower giggled. "Wonderland of course! The white queen rules over all the land, up to the red palace." "Red palace?" Robin asked, looking confused. "Were the bloody red queen lives. I wouldn't go there if i were you." Finn took a step away. Raven turned to him. "Where are you going." He snickered. "I wanna go see the red queen." I looked up at him shaking my head. "Finn, it is as you Americans would say... curiosity killed the cat."
"Even in the end --even in death-- I can't hate you." - Neri Hereford's last words.
"The Gods demand blood, for they... do not bleed." Jaska.
Raven I looked at Finn and grabbed his arm. "We are not going to the Red Queen we stick together in this place until we find a way out." I said coolly leaving no room for argument. I let go and looked at the flower. "We are in Wonderland right?" I asked it. It looked at me as if I had 5 heads. "Yes." Itsaid slowly. I turned towards everyone else and said "So I don't like the sound of the Red Queen so how 'bout we find the White Queen and maybe we can get out of here." "If you want to find the queen you must first find the Hatter." The flower said cheerfully. "The hatter?" I inquired.
"You are without a doubt, the worst pirate I've ever heard of."
"Yes. He is very friendly." The flower said. I looked at the flower with an expression that said 'this is all crazy'. Everything was quiet for a second.
"Okay, that's it." I said. I began to slap myself, but AJ stopped me.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
"This has to be a dream. There's no way that this is all real."
The flower giggled, and I raised my eyebrows at it.
"This is very much real," it said, then sighed. "but, if you wish to get out--"
"Yes, we do!" Roxanne said anxiously.
"You still must find the Hatter. He will tell you what you need to know."
Our exited expressions all dropped into frowns.
"How are we supposed to find him?" Finn asked.
"The cat will tell you where to go." At that, the flower fell silent.
"Where do we find the cat?!" Raven asked. The flower didn't reply.
I sighed. "Let's just follow that path. It has to lead to something." I said, so we started down the dirt path.
I am a fox, sly and quick. I never give up I never quit
Robbin was right, just follow the path. I followed close to her. "So how do we find the cat, who finds the hatter?" She shrugged. "I don't know, just follow the path." everyone followed us. Just as anxious as me. How on earth were we going to get back in time for the bus!? I heard a chuckle. Who was that? I looked back, everyone was quiet. "Who's laughing? This isn't funny, we are trapped in a crazy land!" Everyone looked at me, then i heard it again. "Calm down french-fry! But seriously who has the annoying laugh?" Finn shut up I thought to myself. I turned around to see robin face to face with an oddly colored cat, with a huge grin...
"Even in the end --even in death-- I can't hate you." - Neri Hereford's last words.
"The Gods demand blood, for they... do not bleed." Jaska.
When people say that they die of fright as an expression of the fear that they have just been brought to, it means that they literally are scared out of their minds. That term doesn't fit in with what I was feeling now. Let's just say, I was practically wetting myself as I stared at the cat's massive, repeat; MASSIVE grin.
"And this is why I hate cats!" I said flapping my hands around me, trying not to loose control over my bladder.
"I heard that!" The cat trilled, sitting down its long tail curled around its fat feet. Placing its head on the ground, it watched us all. "I'm not just an ordinary cat you know..."
"Please, we need your help!" AJ shouted loudly, interrupting the cat loudly.
"Lot's of people do, you're not the only one little people." The cat laughed maniacally. Alright, I think I am about to bust! "Do you know who I am?" The cat muttered. Impossibly, his smile grew even wider!
Sorry I haven't been on in awhile guys; my computer is having issues
Bridgett
"Do you know who I am?"
At this point, I was absolutely thrilled, and couldn't, for the life of me, figure out why everyone was so scared. I simply adored cats, and was beyond excited to see one here in this very...unusual place.
"Why, you're a cat!" I said excitedly, with a rather goofy smile on my face.
"A Cheshire Cat," he corrected, using his thick pink tail to lift his ears right off his head and raise them, as though tipping a hat.
My smile widened with wonder and awe. Everyone else seemed to be dumbfounded that I was so thrilled and they were scared to death. The Cheshire Cat began to disappear, while singing a rather puzzling song.
"Oh wait! Please don't go!" I called.
"Very well!" He chimed. "Third chorus..."
"Oh no! Uh...thank you, but we need to find someone. The flower told us you would be able to help."
"Well... If I were looking for someone at the suggestion of a flower, I'd ask the Mad Hatter."
I raised an eyebrow and a few people gasped. I looked around at them.
"It failed to mention that he was mad..." Rose said from behind me.
"Or, there's the March Hare... Of course, he's mad too..."
We looked at each other, all very concerned, and now worried for our health and sanity.
