If I had my own world
I’d fill it with wealth and desire
Voices of united people

I'd be the creator and
love it for all that’s inside it
Now let me carry you higher
Watch your words spread
Hope like fire

I'd be your teacher
People would spread love like violence
I’d show you the life that’s inside it
The way that it glows when you find it

I'd be your friend and your worst enemy
I’d make you hear your voices
Sing back louder
Together we’re one in a million
Don’t be afraid

Ooh! This is really inspirational (xD)! I noticed one thing though: "Voices of kids out walking dogs". I didn't get that part. Did you make a mistake or something? Anyway, I like this poem. The line "If I had my own world" sounded kinda redundant or reiterated though. Keep writing!

Hello there
Wow, I liked your poem. I thought that you had wonderful ideas as I read it. I think though that repeating
If I had my own world

throughout the poem was a bit unnecessary, it threw it off a bit. Maybe if it were the beginning of a stanza. But great job.

Heh, nice poem, I am glad that it's not long and the only thing I've got to say is that the repition isn't that great, it kinda got annoying. Other than that, good job.

Great and inspirational! I enjoyed it. The only thing that distracted me was the repetition. I found it a bit annoying. If you either changed those lines or got rid of them, the poem would flow better!

I thought it was a good poem. Definitely something this world can aspire to, people uniting and spreading love and aiming and taking ourselves higher. Great work! I have to say though, its a bit weird how some lines rhyme whilst others don't, I don't know if you've done that deliberately or it just happened to turn out like that. Maybe try to get rid of the rhyming - it may have a better feel, that its coming from your soul.

One important thing, this is what you want the world to be like, so I think at the end of the poem you could relate it back to just one of your many thoughts, and end it with something like: but for now, we can only dream and aspire. Something like that, making it seem your destined to help change this world. Also, I don't think the second line fits in too much. The poem talks about unity and love, when the second line talks about wealth and desire which many associate with greed. May want to change that...
Otherwise, good work!
