I like this. It's nice and somewhat different. It's still got the style of a arrow through the heart, though that isn't exactly an arrow, and you don't tend to have a ribbon. I like the way you actually made parts of the heart look raised up over the stick.
The background colour might have been better if you actually did more of it yellow instead of only partial, and also maybe another colour would have been better. Something that matched or contrasted more. Yellow is somewhat neutral for this.

Hi! I agree with Arrish. It seems very different and interesting. I also agree with here on the yellow-background thing. Maybe you can have sort of yellow around the heart, and then a different color for the whole background. that would look good. (In my eyes) And also, your color seems very dull. Maybe it's because you took a picture of the paper, instead of scanning it, but if you didn't, try making your color a little more vivid. It almost seems as though you drew this with crayons, colored pencils, or a bunch of really out-of-ink markers. That's my review. Keep writing... or drawing.
