I noticed that the 'word of the week' is dilapidated, which made me laugh. My boyfriend is what I call common sense dense--he can do super hard math problems no sweat, but doors can still elude him.

Anyway, he pronounced dilapidated dip-luh-dated one day and I just stared at him in disbelief. That same day he said epitome epee-tome. Haha, can't get 'em all right.

That is all. Thanks. :D

Oh. My. Gosh.

THANK GOODNESS IT'S NOT JUST ME!!! :'D

I read a lot, so I know some words that don't come up in everyday conversation, which means I've never heard them out loud, which means I can go years mispronouncing them before anyone bothers to correct me.

So...

Epitome = eh-pih-tome.
Regime = reh-jim-ay.

And I'm sure there are some others, which I will discover sometime in the future. ;)
