I swim by the shore as Captain Hook pulled up in a boat with the rest of his crew.
"Searching for Peter again?" I ask him. I wasn't being rude, just asking.
"Go away, you silly fish!" he said.
"I'm sure the crocodile would love to know about your whereabouts." I say, and swim into the depths of the sea. Where was that creature when you needed him. I searched around, but after a while gave up.
Finally, I found Adam sitting on a rock, looking out into the sea.
"Go get me the potion. Tomorrow, I'll go human." I say, biting my lips.
"It'll be fine," he promises. "just wait and see."
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?
Adam came up to the shore, and Millie swam to him. My mouth was still hanging open. I knew they were talking about her walking. She always got crazy ideas from Adam. Don't get me wrong, he was a great guy, but one day, Millie was going to get hurt.
I finally swam off to find Crest. I liked hanging around him. He was really fun. I decided not to mention what Millie told me. She might not want everyone to know.
"How's it going?" he asked me.
"Uh...good." I said, not really thinking about his question. I was focused on Millie, worried that something might happen to her.
"Are you okay?" Crest asked, noticing something was wrong.
"Ya, I'm fine." I said.
"Whatever." he said, knowing I was lying. I crossed my arms and put my elbows on the rocks, thinking. It was quiet for a while. I was thinking about trying to change Millie's mind, but I knew she wasn't going to listen. I just decided to let it go, and enjoy myself. Unfortunately, the crocodile came up just then.
Millie swam over to it. She mentioned something about Hook, and I smirked. The crocodile swam off to go mess with him.
