Hey eveyone, im Justin, but you can just call me by my last name Skeen, everyone does so I've gotten used to it. I started to write when I was about 12. Back then it was only a hobby, but over the years it's become my one and only passion, and I've started to prepair to build my future life around it. I'm a huge fantisy fiction fan and have been dedicating all of my daydream time over the past six years to one particular story; it has changed as I have changed over the years, and I believe it has finally come to a stable point where I need the input of others to help me perfect it. I'M going to say right here and now at the beginning that I'm no grammer god and will be perfect pray for any of you grammar Nazi's out there, but that's cool with me, bring it on.

Anyways hope to become an active member of the community and get to know many of you along the way!

Hey Skeen! Welcome to YWS. How unfortunate- the first person you'll meet is me, a grammar freak. :D That's okay though. I'm sure you'll fit right in here. Everyone else here loves to write. I love fantasy fiction too! I'd be happy to review your work if you send me a friendly little PM. Now, I have a few little questions for you:

Favorite band?
Favorite food?
Movie?
Book?
which side- pirates or ninjas?
Sports?

So, yup. Welcome! Feel free to PM me with any questions or stuff.

Hi Skeen! I'm Freyja; nice to meet you, and welcome to YWS!

...bring it on.

I like the attitude. :D I'm sure you'll get a lot of great input. The thing is, though, make sure you review a bit, get your name out there. People are much more likely to give you reviews if you've made some yourself.

I hope you find it awesome here. Pretty much everyone is willing to help, so if you ever need it, drop us a PM or wander over to chat, meet some people and whatnot.

Oh, and say pirates. Definitely pirates.

Peace!

Thanks!

Sorry though, went with the ninjas, so does this make us mortal enemies or something? :P If so I'll see you on the battlefield of grammar and critique.

Too often we crave the extraordinary in life, without even learning how to cherish the ordinary first. Friend, I promise you this: if you can learn to take joy in the simple mundane things in life, the extraordinary will take care of itself, it'll be on its way, hurrying towards you. But if you skip the first part, it'll ever evade you.
