Wow! That's really well-done! You got the anime style down perfectly! Anyway, on to the review! Everything is hysterical, especially the critics' comments and "Banned in 48 Countries!" I also like your use of bright colors and bubble letters (particularly the way her name pops out over the rest of the title). The only thing that needs to be fixed is adding "by" into the one sentence that everyone else has told you is grammatically incorrect.

This is really cute. But, which countries is it banned from exactly? It's cute and sweet, something that would attract little girls. The only things that were buggin me was the lottle curl on her head. It looked unnatural and stiff. Also the name. It's long and makes we want to hurl. The only thing that attracted to me is that i'm a sucker for japanese manga and anime and KAWAII and CHAN just made me click it....

The name is intentionally long. It's intended to be a parody on those ridiculous shoujo magical girl stories, that almost always seem to have long names (ie: Tokyo Mew Mew, all purpose cultural cat-girl nuku-nuku, etc.)
But whether James really did take off Snape's pants, Harry never found out.
