This is a birch tree I am not at all sure about. I was just wondering what people thought. Originally there was a lot of other trees around, but I took them out. Hope it looks O.K. I just used paint Sorry it is so small.
Nice work, considering you just used paint. I especially like how you had the tree turn blurry and sort-of grayish (I don't know if you did that deliberately) when you got closer to the top of the tree. Although, I feel like there should be some sky in there, instead of just light. Just a thought. Here's two GOLD STARS! One for you and one for a friend. Keep writing... or drawing.
And the angel said unto him, “stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself.” But lo, he could not stop, for the angel was hitting him with his own hands.
Thank you,for the advice. The sky was already like that and the only thing I did was take out some branches because they were nothing more then gray lines . .. I didn't really try to make it blurry at the top my camera just did that This is the original picture:Spoiler
I loved the angle that you used. I agree with Vasticity, it would be better if there was more sky and maybe leaves. IT seemed a little bare, but I like the ridges and the distant branches. This is great, espechially since you used to paint.
Ciao!

~Is It Wrong That I Find TheBeastMore Attractive As An Actual Beast Then His Human Prince Form?
Really cool picture Arahnia. My favorite thing about it is the angle you used because it is very different than anything normal. Although a close second for me is the quality so to speak. You did the right thing in taking out those lines, and I love the sort-of blurry look it has to it. One key factor was the absence of a sky which seemed a bit strange, but I don't mind the fact that there isn't one. It would be neat to have seen what the picture looked like with one though.

"If the king doesn't lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow?"
Ooh, this is a very interesting picture, I like the angle you picked. It's pretty unique and almost strange, but in a good way. =D The only possible down fall is that you can't really tell it's a birch tree unless you list it as one, if that makes sense.
Keep up the good work! =D

Hello A.S. The names Lily, seeing as how I don’t think we’ve ever met before.
I’ve seen a lot of birth trees in my day (I mow an acre of park that is almost all birch trees) but this is one of the coolest angles I’ve ever looked at a quite a long time!
The only thing I really could have seen to improve this would have been to have found a tree with a little more leafing going on near the top. It would have made the picture seem fuller and there would be less white space in the picture.
Yeah, the added white space is a little distracting.
