My first therapy session was
I locked my lips and threw away the key. I just sat there and listened for fifty minutes. No way was I letting the psychologists into my head with everyone here. Forget it.
Rebecca opened her mouth wide and chattered away about her disorder. I didn’t really bother to listen.
Another girl complained about how she was misunderstood, someone else is trying to cope with their eating disorder. I’m just trying to focus on getting myself out of here.
The entire time I was in therapy, all I wanted to do was
Maybe next week will go better… I doubt it though.
The rest of my day was dull. After therapy, we ate “lunch”. It consisted of a mushy orangey substance (spaghetti, maybe?) and some bread that felt like it came from a rock. Seriously, the least they can do is feed us an edible meal…
The rest of the day was boring. The nurses fed us pills, we made mundane conversation with each other and some people received calls from their parents. Not me, though.
Rebecca says that her mom misses her a lot. I wish mine did.
Whatever. The past is the past, no need to change it now.
Boredom is going to kill me. If it continues, I might need to find my razorblade… just for something to do.
