Laying on the grass watching the clouds in the sky,
watching people grow up and how the days go by.

Wondering where am I going to be in 20 years,
will I leave somewhere saying goodbye to my peers,
walking away and look back at their crystal tears,
growing up makes you overcome your little fears.

I wish I could stay young forever,
because sometimes when your older you become less clever,
there is that big golden gate to be opened and you're forced to pull the lever,
cause time won't give you words to say never.

I wonder if I could teach time to speak,
break open the hourglass and let the sand leak,
it would take very long almost hitting my peak,
cause time lives forever,
so what ever your looking for time will give hints for you to find what you seek.

Hi Thana! :)
I'm Creative.

I liked your lyrics for the most part, but they seems kind of immature. Although it is original it annoys me. Lyrics need to be more poetic than they are right now, because for the most part it just seems like you are writing what you feel and a complete explanation.
The rhythm is weird. You have different amount of lines per stanza and shorter lines. Remember it would be a song, so you have to have your lines flow equally.

PM me for any help you need. 8)
Write on.

Hey Thana! This song I guess you would call it seems more like poem. A song has verses and a chorus and often a bridge. As a poem though this is pretty good. Except maybe the first and last stanzas that don't seem to fit into the pattern.... unless you meant it that way. Haha. Anyways, it was a good poem, but I'm not so sure song.
