Mermaids are evil

Okay this is my first artwork on the site, so I would love some feedback please and thank you. Its something I painted and took me a week to complete for an assingnment in art class, forgive me if its a little blurry

Okay, so I won't be of much help dear.This is just so amazing...exactly like what I would like. You've done this beautifully and there's no need of my comment. Is the male supposed to be Chinese or something of that sort? if yes, then you did that quite perfectly.
These colours and shades are reminding me of those ancient paintings so I loved it. Coz' I'm ancient.

Keep doing the work and are you serious that you made it withing a week?

Thank you again Shubhi. I'm gald that you like it and as for the male being chinese I have no clue what ethnic background he his, but now that I really look at it I guees he looks slightly asian. And in all seriousness yes it took me a week to complete this with little sleep.

Okay well first off O_O HOLY CRAP THIS IS AWESOME.

It's amazing that it took you only a week, but I could see that happening, I take art classes once a week and it would probably take me about seven days to finish that. You did a great job with this, you really captured the movement and the way the cloth and hair would if it were underwater. The only thing I think needs a little work is her hand. It might just be the picture, but it looks a little flat, a little too long, and without fingers.

Other then that, it's extraordinary!

oh my god, this is amazing! I can't really review much, it would be better if it wasn't blurry, but from what i can see this looks so detailed! The colours look prefect and it looks 3d!

That is really good!! I like it. When I first looked at it, it reminded me of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, when Harry was in The Great Lake. I love how the mermaid's face looks innocent, all though from the surrounding scenes you know she's aware of exactly what she is doing!

...You shouldn't even worry about the bluriness. It doesn't hide the fact that this is AMAZING!!

Holy freaking bejeebus super-mega-foxy-awesome-hot. This is good, frighteningly so. Seriously. I can't even find stuff to critique. And you did this in a week? I shake you warmly by the hand. I couldn't pull that off in my entire life. The only thing I can suggest is for you to perhaps enhance the picture quality? That way I can enjoy it even more.
