I’ve chewed
And stewed
And I brewed
And I concluded
Our hypotheses.
We are growing, we have swallowed knowledge
Shame it can’t be regurgitated for you darling.
And we think that if I showed you the fun. It wouldn’t be fun ~
anymore.
I devoured
And I soured
And I empowered
And I wrote
Our hypotheses
Do you understand now darling?

I'm sorry I'm no knowledgable poet, because I haven't studied poem construction and all those things.. only a bit at school, so I won't be able to give you a detailed review.

This is not the first poem I've read by you. Your style is rather unique, I'd say. Unique and inspiring. [somehow I tend to comment only those poems that I like and can relate to]

Your poem reminds me of one band called Frightened Rabbit.- the way you put your emotions into your poem, the way you say obvious, yet rather abstract things, and the way you're making sound as if you're talking to someone - it's like a whirlpool of emotions. It makes you want to reread the poem, and with every re-reading it only become more more chaotic.

I saved your poem to my laptop, I hope you don't mind^^

...I am speechless. This is great. This is a simple poem but the way it just comes down on you is just too complex for the mind. I am still thinking about what I have just read as I write. As I read it, I cannot explain the feeling(because I am still speechless). But I think I will give it a standing ovation. Good job.
The best is what you make it!

I liked this poem because it was different. All the words flowed quite well with each other. The poem made you want to read it. I read it about four times. I like the simplicity of it. It was a short poem that had a lot of meaning to it.The tittle instantly got me to read it. Job well done on your poem. :D

Knowledge is certainly an intriguing thing to contemplate. And I like that you are so EXPERIMENTAL, that you are willing to sacrifice your self and sanity for the sake of trying out a new form of poetry. It makes every poem like a new specimen to examine - all the hows and the whys and the what ifs.

Overall, I liked the idea behind this. But for my taste, it was lacking in imagery, although it certainly had a distinct voice. The flow was so-so - but that may have been due in part to the fact that I had to pay a bit more attention when reading since there were no pretty pictures to drive it through, no visual catalyst, just the conversational narrator.

Here was my favourite line (the only thing that saved this poem from complete greyness, I believe):

Shame it can’t be regurgitated for you darling.

I would have liked to have seen you be more absract with what you were talking about, while simultaneously dangling clear and sharp images. The poem floated in that realm of greyness where the idea was too clear and not clear enough at the same time.

First, I don't know anything about poems. I just pretend like I do :D
Anyway I read this poem 3 times, and I think it is really good. It doesn't really have any images though. This makes it seem dry.
I loved the idea and the length. The rythm was wonderfull. Read the poem outloud and you will see a few bumps in it though.
