He ran away like wolf after his prey. I just stood there looking like a retard. When every other vampire waked past me, they wrinkled their nose. I put my shields up high and my head down and walked towards my second hour.

When I walked into my English and Language Art class, my teacher, Mr. Zed, asked me, "I heard that you were not in first hour. What happened?" When I feed him the story about Jumper, he walked in circles around me. I didn't even blink. Then he said, "Sit down and do pages 1-5 as a warm up." I nodded my head as said confidently, "Yes, sir."

I sat down in the back of the room and pulled a ELA text book and started reading about sentences.

I wandered out of class lazily, wishing already for the day to be over. To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what I was still doing in high school anyway... Pshh, head vampire's orders or something like that.

As I walked down the corridor, I bumped into another vampire. Ooops. Guess I hadn't really been looking where I was going. I helped her pick her books back up; they seemed to have scattered everywhere.

"Sorry," I murmured. "What's your name?"

"Analisa," she replied, looking kind of annoyed.

I stood up and made my way out of the rodeo much the annoyance of several of the humans. I made my way out and ran back to the school. When I reached it people were changing classes so I snuck in and found my locker I spun the combination and dropped my stuff inside. I made my way to the bedroom dorm and into my room. Iris jumped on me and started to lick my face happily I giggled and she kept at it. "Iris down." I said firmly. She sat on the ground and looked at me.

Analisa slowly grabed her books from the vampire. She thought of what she said to him and said," sorry i was being so rude...ummm what is your name?" He looked at her and said nicely," oh, um Thomas." Ana smiled, "Well thanks for helping me with my books." She looked passed his face to see if anyone was looking but his eyes caught her gaze. They were a beautiful blue. Ana felt her cheeks get hot and her eye color turned pink. Thomas looked at Analisa and said, "wow, whats with your eyes, they just turned a different color." Analisa blushed and put her hands on her cheeks, "They change color according to my mood..." Thomas smiled slightly, "What does pink mean?" Ana halted, "um, i can't tell you that."
