I really love this, it's pretty awesome and you did a good job with it.
Now I don't think the lips look that bad, a little too pointy at the top of the top lip, but that wasn't the thing I noticed first. The thing I saw first was her nose. It's a little too straight and narrow. I think if you widened it a little bit it would be a close to perfect drawing!

It's a really good drawing and as Bond said, the nose needs a little fixing up. Basically you the shading needs to be fixed as the nose seems weirdly straight-lined. The left eye needs a little fixing as well. The iris doesn't look right and maybe you should add a little more shading around it. The shadow of the nose is a little too long.

Yeah thanks, but her nose in the original picture is really thin, and yeah i noticed the eye is odd... Thanks anyway!
