I did this picture straight from the manga, Naruto. All I used was a penicil, a pen and coloured pencils. I hope you guys like it. I think the neck is a bit long, myself...

That's a pretty good picture. And thank you for resizing it.

So, my comments.
1.Yes, his neck is a tad too long.
2.The shading on his hair could be better. In the anime, you can see the highlights and it would look better if you added them.
4.His collar should be a bit more padded. (Check out a pic of him on google if you don't get my drift.)
5.You need to work on the shading around the headband to signify that hair is tucked beneath it.

Anyway, keep drawing.

So I see, you drew one of favorite anime Naruto character here, Kakashi!!(I so like him, btw . )
Anyways, I'm here to give some comments to this.

First of all, like how you color the mask and the clothe underneath his light green 'jacket'(but really, it should've been dark green). hee-hee. Second, you need to shade darker esp. on the hair and the outfit part. The hair's simple but with more spiky-style would help solve the hair problem. Lastly, the shoulder's are not equal.

Improve more on the shading part.

Skutter, another naruto fan! Woot woot.

What I would like to comment on is the size. Rather smallish if you ask me, it sort makes me have to squint to focus on one point.

The connection between his head and neck somehow looks a 'lil awkward. I think you should shrink the neck a tad, and straighten the proportions. I also think there could've been some shading on his neck. It looks a little plain and in actually fact it is rather defiant on the anime.

Shading was a little bit of a bugger for me, I think there could've been a whole heap more of it. I, personally, couldn't be bothered shading but for this peice I think it could really liven up your task. The hair could really go for a few different shades within, also.

Ah Naruto....I love it hehe. Anyway down to the review. This looks like the same picture I tried to draw of him the second time I attempted it. I drew mine off of the bell exercise card.

I think that with his hair it shouldn't just fall flat. His hair goes over, and then it has a line near the right on his headband. If you don't know what I am talking about look up a good picture.

It think his neck is a tad bit long.

Under his headband to the left he has no hair there! He needs some hehe...not going bald to early now.

Where is his eyebrow? I know he has one.

Nicely done on the headband and the mask.

The ear needs a little work. I can't tell you what to do though.

The right shoulder thing on his vest needs to be brought back some.

Other than that stuff it's Kakashi! He was always my second favorite, second to Sasuke haha.

Although this has been commented on for about everything I could say. I love Kakashi and must anyway.

As it is said the neck is a bit too long. I also think the head is oddly proportioned to the body. But that may just be me.

I also think you could have colored this more. The colors are very mute. The vest could be greener and the rest could be bluer.

Other then those two things, I think this is great.

This is really great! I love manga drawings, so i'll do my best to review this. I really like your colouring, it's really good, and suits the character. one thing i don't like one bit about this drawing is his neck, it's too long! Literally! but i don't think you can really change that, maybe next time you draw kakashi, you should think about proportions. I love the eye and the hair though. practice makes perfect.
