Name: Delilah

Gender: Female

Age (18+): 21

Profession: She's an assasin who works for the more "shady" players in the game of life. She will act as a prostitute or because of her lithe figure, a young girl. If she needs to kill a man, she'll seduce him into coming into her home, give him some laced beer then will slit his throat. If it's a woman, she'll use her innocent act and ask for help for something and will hide a knife under by the woman's stomach and "persuade" her to come for a walk.

Appearance: She's rather petite, with shoulder-lenght blonde hair. Large blue eyes and otherwise small facial features. The only feature that isn't "small" is her bosom, which helps when she's trying to seduce the soon-to-be dead men.

Skills: Seduction. Persuasion. She's quick to make up lies, about her name, her history, her careers. She's very good with knives. She's quite clever too.

Flaws: She's proud, too proud. She can't fight for her life. The only way she really strings her targets is the help of drugs. She isn't strong at all and is actually kind of queasy at the sight of blood. If she was ever taken hostage or taken to be killed, then she would be.

*Interesting Facts: She is a prostitute if money is low but only for upperclass men.

*Equipment: A knife tied to her thigh by her stockings.

Associates:

Captain Christopher Jefferson: Was going to do business with her but he backed out at the last second.

Noah: Is a close friend of Delilah, doesn't particularily *like* her day job as a prostitute

History: She grew up in New York but her father died when she was 15 and her mother couldn't support her anymore. She was forced to revert to prostitution which wasn't hard, thanks to the lewd comments men made daily to her. Her best friend, James hated her new "job" and shunned her for her, thus breaking off their ten year friendship. Her mother is still alive in New York and Delilah visits about every two months. A couple of weeks after she turned 19, one of her customers asked her for a favor, to find a young man around 20 named Daniel, ask him to come to her room, then kill him. The man payed her very good money and she was thrust into the fast paced world of killing.

**Hope this is okay :)

Kidashka, you're good, Shari sounds lovely. You could have been more in-depth, but it matters not, as I'm sure we'll learn more about her as the storybook goes on.

Also Jasmine, your profile is fabulous. If you want to edit anything do so, but it's perfect as is. Nice job!

As cool a name this is, are you.. sure that it's proper for somebody during the late 1700's? :3

Profession: During the daytime he works as a city guard which often means a boring day with nothing of interest. At night he becomes a sniper or when necessary during the day if no one will notice he is gone.

Wait, so he's a guard, but is he an assassin as well? I'm only asking you to be specific because being a contract killing is one of the major points of the storybook. If not, then I suppose Zero just snipes random people for fun, then.

Very muscular upper body with a slight tan._During the day he wears the normal colonial colors, and guard attire.

Sounds good! Had to point out the error with the period and the space; I like things to be perfect, grammar-wise xD

Flaws: Never learned to fight with a sword, dagger or any close range weapon.

Acceptable, but just for good measure, you should add something else, because simply not being talented with certain weapons is very easily made up for by his skill with a bow, and his ability to run away quickly if threatened with a close-range fight.

*

Your profile is great! Zero sounds really cool, and although you didn't really elaborate at all on his personality, he you know, will be a good asset. Snipers are sweet. You're good to go and post, but I would suggest tweaking what you've written a bit, maybe go more in-depth about Mr. Swift so the other storybookers can get a good idea about what he'd do and say if they ever ended up in the same room as him.

When shall we start? Oh and could I be the character going to kill the old lady?

Hahaha sure xD Your character seems perfect for the job. We can start when we have another handful of people join, like four of five. We can't start though until we have at least two or three assassins, and two or three bounty hunters. Thus far there's no bounty hunters at all :/

This is pretty much the same profile I used for The Awesome Project storybook (by Griffinkeeper), but tweaked a little. Noah, my little assassin, is who inspired this storybook anyhow, and I hope you all don't mind if he's in two places at once. I just love him :3 The profile probably wouldn't be so long, but in the other storybook everybody was writing paragraphs upon paragraphs, so xD You don't have to write this much though; following somebody like Jasmine or Tanith's profile, you'll be fine.

* * *

Name: Noah

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Occupation: Thief; Assassin

Appearance: A man of many hats, Noah, sans any disguise, appears as a pale young man of five feet, eight inches, with wispy dark hair sitting atop his head and crawling down his neck, and soft gray eyes that smile almost as gently as his pout, pink lips. His fingers, long and nimble, are often covered by thin, black leather. His most usual attire is an outfit of dyed black, close-fitting trousers, and a dark, hooded cloak. After years of dancing, his body is slim and lithe, able to slip through some of the thinnest cracks, and step lightly and unheard through the darkness. When working, Noah has an assortment of his wigs and fake mustaches stashed neatly away in his sack, making sure that if seen committing a crime, not a soul will be able say that it was he who did it.

Skills: An expert makeup artist and a master of disguise, accomplished through almost two decades of working on the stage and behind the scenes at the theater where he was born. Able to persuade some of the most recalcitrant folk into becoming his good, if not best friend, as well as being quite competent in the art of charming stubborn, but beautiful young women.

As time has gone on, Noah has honed his skill as a thief, unlocking doors and chests like it was child's play. He's slowly mastering the art of hiding in the shadows, finding that it's a skill with a multitude of uses, such as approaching your prey from behind, stabbing them in the neck, and hearing them sink to the ground as you yourself sink back into the darkness, emerging into the cold, night air and walking away so casually, not one pair of eyes suspects you've killed a man not several moments prior.

Flaws: Horrible at engaging in combat of any kind. Noah heavily relies on his skill as a quick, nimble, and likable young man to avoid any and every potential fight. Unfortunately, not every punch can be dodged, and if struck, he'll usually tumble to the ground like a sack of potatoes. Although quite a competent young man, Noah sometimes doesn't think before he acts, unintentionally making a scene and drawing attention to himself while on the job. Several times he's had to start back at square one because he was under great suspicion.

Equipment: Noah keeps a dagger kept tucked away behind his thick boot, obsessively sharpening and cleaning it after every attack. Several tiny vials of poison are also stashed in a compartment carved out in the back of his shoe. In his sack that he keeps very secured to his back, he keeps a pack of makeup, two or three changes of clothing, and two or three wigs, womens and mens, matching mustaches and beards, eyebrows, fake birthmarks and bottles of perfume.

In disguise, he wants to seem as distinguishable as possible, so when somebody identifies him, guards will heavily rely on the specific details of appearance (and smell, and often times persona) that don't belong to him. Whenever a disguise is used, he never wears it again, and the wig and clothing are immediately and always disposed of.

History: Born twenty-one years ago to a well-known playwright and his wife, an actress. Practically living on the stage, Noah learned how to adopt personalities and interests, loves and enemies, on a whim. Backstage he watched those he worked with prepare, looking on as dainty young women were transformed into hideous old men, and young men transformed into beautiful ladies. As well as plays, the theater often held dance recitals, and Noah's parents pushed him at a young, delicate age to take part. He became agile and limber, as well as learning to be graceful, elegant, and pretty.

Noah thought that he would never tire of the theater, but soon enough, he found that he would rather live an adventure than act like he did. His uncle, a man not to be spoken of or asked about around his parents, showed up often at recitals and plays. Although he was told never to interact with the man, and the man told never to interact with Noah, his uncle eventually got tired of being told to stay away from his nephew, and took him for a long, long walk. And soon, these long walks became routine. Noah, frightened but curious, asked why, why did his parents dislike him so? And why did he dress all in black? And why did he smell so odd? At first, his uncle outright lied, but Noah's keen eye could tell the difference between honesty and travesty.

One of their walks led them back to his house, a quaint cottage on the shore. As they stepped through the door, the uncle reached into his shoe and revealed a rusty knife, tainted with blood. Noah wordlessly stared at it as his uncle quietly told him of the necks it's sliced and the hearts it's stopped. After not even receiving a disheartening stare, he hovered over to a chest in the corner of a room, unlocking it with a key he retrieved from a broken floorboard, and took out several pieces of sparkling jewlery. Three words rang out of his mouth, breaking through his lips and spilling into Noah's ears: "It's a living." After minutes of silence and what seemed like hours of thought, he looked up and whispered that he wanted to know how. And from then on, Noah slipped out of his window and raced to his uncle's house almost every night, receiving the advice and training only a professional murderer could give. It gave him solace, his uncle said, knowing that he was passing on his livelihood, all the secrets he's gathered over the years, to his flesh and blood, to a young man that wouldn't let him down.

Associates:

Delilah; a close friend of Noah's whom he's been working with several years now. He's semi-protective of her, wincing every time she mentions that she's going out to "work" when she has not been recently offered a contract.

Daniel; has been working with the fellow for some time now, but doesn't trust him very much, as he does work with the enemy.

I'd love love love for our characters to have some sort of relationship but it's very very VERY open and not really dating but flirtatious attraction :)

Bingo. When you train a bunch of killers, they need jobs afterwords. Some can go back to their ordinary farm lives but others can't seem to integrate back into society. A city militia/guard would be the PERFECT job.
