Luke Pasqualino (AKA Freddie from Skins)

This is my quick drawing which took me about 55 minutes to complete. I hope you like it, and the orange light is very annoying but it's the best I could do. Anyway, please comment.

Someone seems a little obsessed with Skins (I saw your fan fic).

I really like the hair and eye brows, it looks super. The eyes look really good as well and the neck line. The only bit I don't like is the nose, it looks kinda dodgy.

p.s. He's the one that died, right? (My brother showed me the scene on YouTube)

maybe my nose isn't exactly a replica but it's close enough to it i think... hmmm.... i'll try editing it later anyway.

I'm no expert when it comes to art so you'll have to bear with me on this one. To begin with, I agree with tam_ara when she said that you've done the hair and the eyebrows well. You've managed to do the shading on the hair very well, so well done!

I have to agree with her on the nose though. I'm aware that his nose is a bit dodgy but it looks extra dodgy on your drawing. It's just a bit too fat in the area where it goes out a bit. All that you need to do is thin that bit out and you'll end up with a very good nose!

I'm also quite impressed with the lips. Lips are painfully hard to draw, they are for me anyway, and you seem to have done them pretty well. I also think that you've drawn the neck line quite good as well. I especially like the shading that you've done on the neck, it's really good.

Sorry this hasn't been a proper review! I just had to comment because it's Skins, and you might have noticed that I'm obsessed with it by now.

Ok, so I am going to a quick review I might edit it later.

First of all I think on the eyes that you made them to light. He looks so calm in the picture and then in your drawing he doesn't. This is because his eyes are so dark in the picture and in the drawing you made them light.

The nose is messed up, I sugges not drawing the line all the way to the nose. You just have to shade in the little area where it doesn't connect.

His mouth is very nice, but it is a little slanted. I like this because I can't draw mouths hehe.

The ear seems a bit big for this.

In the drawing he doesn't look like he is leaning on this hand it looks like it's just there. This is because in the drawing his hand is a little thicker, and the shading that is supposed to be on his face right there is missing. I would suggest fixing that for it to look better. More professional hehe.

Anyway I do like this, it just needs a little work.

Thanks for the review, i edited it slightly, but the nose is slightly dodgy, but i think it looks lots better.

the bottom of the nose looks strange...

I do agree, the nose looks quite strange... I think if you make the middle section have softer lines it will look more normal.

The hand is a tad giant; maybe make it narrower? And yes, the eyes darker although that's only for likeness purposes, I think the eyes have a great shape to them and there's good facial proportion overall.

The hair is awesome!! And strangely enough, I also really like the ear...

I've never watched Skins, but now I want to!!
