Ever heard of the land of outside-in?
People there are rude they never grin!
I had to visit there for a week
To visit my poor sick Uncle Kreek,
He had a horribly bad case of ‘hic-hic’
So I took some magically chopped fenugreek
Of course he couldn’t eat; but
I stuffed them in his outside gut
Everyone there like my Uncle was inside-out,
With livers and lungs and intestines round about
They looked outrageous-complete freaks
For language it was only slaps and kicks
My cousin Nick was quite a bit dotty
Not to mention he was also very naughty
I offered him an ice cream-oops he couldn’t lick
His tongue wasn’t out it was in click click
So naughty, haughty, dotty Nick made me shriek
How? He showed his ‘guts’ and made them leak. Eek
I had enough-couldn’t stay for any more tickety-ticks
So I packed, put on my hat and left with one last peek
Next I had to go to the bizarre land of upside-down
To see my poor Aunty who had forgotten how to frown
Her brows wouldn’t go up-they were always down
I had a better time with her, wanna hear my nice tales
Sorry, not today. Why? My weak memory fails!
